I loved my experience at Mattress Firm working with Amanda. She is a wonderful resource on what mattress’s would be best for my needs. She showed me a variety of mattress choices and helped me go through the pros/cons of each option. She spent almost 3 hours with me and my son! While I was going back and forth laying on my top two or three mattresses, she and my son carried on a long conversation. She helped us find ways to save some money by finding us options that were on clearance so we could get the most for our money. Not only would I recommend Mattress Firm for their wide variety of mattresses, but I would personally recommend Amanda to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, thoughtful, kind, and savvy partner in the mattress industry.

BLOWN AWAY! Went in yesterday 4/11/23 needing a trundle bed with 2 mattresses for a dear friend coming to visit next month! Worked with Gabby, especially warm and engaging and knowledgeable and provides an education as to the 'why' the difference in price! I've sold furniture and mattresses and I understand the biz relative to what I've sold. I was also told that delivery on the mattresses (and bed, which was a later delivery) would be 'curbside only'! Well, the delivery for the mattresses was so spot on, today at around 9AM...and thinking that the 2 gentlemen providing us with the 2 mattresses were going to delivery to curbside... I had the garage door open and ....and I thought, perhaps, I could convince them to leave the mattresses in the garage and my lady and I will schlep them up!Not only did these 2 gentlemen bring the mattresses inside...but upstairs....down the hall...and into the bedroom! GREAT JOB-terrific business transaction from the beginning!! Looks like the company has a great program to educate their "facilitators". Hell..if they need sales help...I'd apply!

Amanda is amazing! I urgently needed two box springs to be delivered ASAP. We had only a 20 minute window before delivery was closed. The internet pay system wasn’t working. I was close by so I rushed (safely) to Mattress firm on Mill plain. She did everything right to get us our box springs and deliver the next day! And she was pleasant and kept her cool. Thanks Amanda!!

We had a great experience today at the Columbia Tech Center store. Gabby was our sales rep. He was super knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. There was no high pressure sales and they worked with us on what we could afford. Gabby is a really nice guy and helped with this process every step of the way. Big thank you to that location for all your help today. I will be sure to recommended this specific location to any of my friends and family. ❤️

We went to Mattress Firm on Mill Plain Ave. to find a new queen mattress for our guest bedroom. Wanda was very helpful and assisted us by showing us multiple options from which to choose.No pressure on her part to purchase higher than our budget allowed. Wanda facilitated the sale very easily and set up a time for delivery and removal of old mattress.We heartily recommend Mattress Firm as a great option for your next mattress purchase.Sincerely,Terry and Stephen

Upon entering the store, we were warmly greeted and welcomed. The salesman’s name was Gabby and he did everything right. He was friendly and not pushy. He got to know us and our need. We were shopping for my 86 year old father-in-law who has special needs. He was shopping with us and Gabby took an interest in him right away. He introduced him to many different options. It was difficult to choose because of the variety. Gabby’s patience and the space he gave us to make a decision was much appreciated. When it was time we made the decision that was right for dad and his needs. Gabby continued his friendly approach all the way out the door. When it comes time for my wife and I to make our purchase, we’ll ask for Gabby. Thank you!!!

Gabby did an exceptional job taking care of my husband and I! He listened to our needs and found the perfect mattress for both of our opposing needs. It was nice to walk into a nice clean organize store where I met Gabby. He took time to explain each teacher of the beds to me in detail within the time I had allowed on my lunch. He went over and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. I went back three times just to make sure before I made my final purchase. And I still receive the same type of service from him. We bought a Casper online and didn’t like it. So we went to Mattress Firm and found a fantastic mattress that we love and will hopefully be happy with for a long time. Gabby was an amazing salesman from the start. The sale of our bed and frame went smoothly and quickly. We received everything installed at the house the day after and we were pleased with the service. I laid down on the bed and realized I had ordered a king instead of a cali king and instantly freaked out and got ahold of him to see what we could do. Gabby worked with management to work a return and get us exactly what we wanted and was in contact with us during the whole process of the return and new delivery and setup for our new bed. He was Instrumental in the process and we are very pleased with his service and the whole purchase. We would highly recommend him and mattress firm in the future.

Jeremy was awesome! He was very helpful. Thanks to him I was able to walk out with the mattress needed in the same day. He also knew about the sales along with financing if needed. Even assisting me, customers walked in and were greeted and attended to. Great customer service
