Absolute Great Buying Experience drove almost 18 hrs 1 way after making the deal with Wayne On a new Featherlite horse trailer I Was met With some top notch Customer service in the Albany yard from Ron and Chelsea making the paperwork as simple and fast as possible answering any and every question I had. Out to the trailer where I was greeted by Sparky and Doug making sure absolutely everything was dialed in perfectly from the lug nuts to the hitch being adjusted just right every light was checked down to a very detailed walk through of the trailer leaving me with no questions to be asked very Professional Staff would definitely make the drive again highly recommend contacting these folks for your trailer needs.

Could not be happier with our experience. I never buy from dealers; not cars or trucks, not motorcycles or tractors, and definitely not an RV... every one I have talked to or tried to do business with was either a liar, a thief or some combination of the two. It has been hard to find a good horse trailer since all the used ones cost almost as much as new these days and are trashed generally speaking. I saw the four star trailer online and thought we would drive up from Springfield to see it as I drive by the Albany location every day on my way to work and they have been nice when I have been in before. Not only was it clean, but they had done any needed repairs, completely new brake assemblies, hubs/drums, wheels and tires, all the lights worked, new battery, etc. It is not perfect but in real good shape and Nathan who runs the place communicated timely and wasn't pushy. Thank you Nathan for a good product at a reasonable price with honesty and no pushy used car salesmanness.

Sparky at the shop on HWY 34 was very helpful when I came to him with a 1977, 6-lug, boat trailer, bearing, blow out.He stayed over an hour after quitting time to make sure I had the right parts to put everything back together on my trailer so I could get my boat back on schedule for the weekend fishing trip.

We bought our Trails West 3 horse LQ there last year. Staff were great to work with and we love our trailer. Went back today for some minor warranty work and staff met us in the parking lot to help.

Amazing staff, excellent service, seamless sale. I spent a lot of time on the Double J website looking for the right trailer. Once I had 2 models I was interested in I reached out. All my questions were answered in a timely and professional manner. I reached out again to let them know what day I was driving down (I'm 3 hours away). They pulled both trailers out and got them ready, and let me know that 1 of the two needed some warranty work. The trailers were out front waiting for me when I arrived the next day. I was given a complete technical walk through of the trailer I decided to purchase, as my first living quarters trailer I appreciated the thoroughness of the overview. Purchase was painless and I was on the road within 2 hours with my brand new trailer. They handle licensing and registration, my new plate arrived in the mail so no extra trip to the DOL.
