I have been given room to make decisions that help my work load, with the trust to do so. The people I work with are amazing.Coming to work each day I am remindful of all the wonderful things we do and that is what puts a big smile on Elaine's face.

I recently took my daughter to ABA (yakima) for 12 weeks and I had a wonderful experience! My daughter loved all her teachers (Shout out to Teacher Alex because my daughter would always mention her!)...I enjoyed seeing how happy the behavioral techs always greeted my daughter. They have the best staff in the ABA department! The program manager was always so great to work with and I really enjoyed the weekly parent training that he provided. Wish this was a longer therapy school for my daughter but unfortunately, it was for only 12 weeks and all good things come to an end :) I did see a big difference in my daughter!

My counselor lied about my son reporting abuse to her. She allegedly made a cps report only based that my son was scared, not because he told her his other parent hits him. I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed with how Catholic Charities is handling abuse my 5 year old reported to his counselor. The next day after the visit I requested medical records. I also requested a supervisor because I need a simple statement from his therapist stating what my son had told her and that she contacted CPS. After speaking with the supervisor he told me to go dan official records request”. He said it was different than just calling. So I go in and nobody knows what I’m talking about and I leave empty handed. They didn’t even call the supervisor to ask what they meant. The supervisor also told me the only note the counselor could write would be the reason and issue for treatment.I’m trying to get this investigated by the court and get a GAL. They have been making me waist, jump through hoops, fill this out, wait some more, fill this out too. They’ve been anything but helpful and more like a zoo. After getting no where for nearly a month. I called and signed a release for my attorney to subpoena information from them. They called me 3x within an hour after submitting the request asking why I needed to do that. I told them because I’ve been denied request after request and I’ve done everything they asked of me to get what I needed and they failed to do anything. Now my attorney is involved and they are doing the same thing to my attorney. Not being very helpful at all actually hindering my ability to protect my child.IS THIS HOW YALL HANDLE CHILD ABUSE!? Stay far away especially if you believe your child is being abused because they won’t do a single thing to help. I’ll never go back to them not will I ever trust them. You are failing an innocent child and if my child dies because of your NEGLIGENCE I WILL SUE! You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Not a single person wore a mask. Being a medical facility they should have had them.

I would rate zero but cannot. My 16 year old was seen there by Gabe, and experimented with marijuana twice to my knowledge over the past year. I asked his counselor to have a discussion with him about it, and tried to get some guidance for myself, and they called CPS on me. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT CPS TO COME TO YOUR HOME.
