Manger is very unprofessional and rude. My sister just passed away and my mother is having financial difficulties. The employees tried to do their best to help but the manager was very rude and made her feel belittled and disrespected. He could have nicely explained show an understanding.

I am writing this review for a young adult who just lost everything she had due to a fire. She called the store and explained the situation with phone on speaker so I heard the entire exchange.The employee she dealt with was named PATTY! She showed no concern that this young adult had just lost all of her worldly possessions due to an home fire! Instead she threw it up the young adults face that she should have taken out insurance! No compassion, no understanding. Patty made a nightmare situation even more difficult to deal with. I would never ever recommend dealing with this location under any circumstances!

Everyone was very helpful in me getting what I was looking for. The girl that helped me is named Patty and she's a doll. Also the delivery guys are very polite and very helpful in me getting my furniture in a timely manner. I will recommend them and use them again.

If I could give aarons zero stars I would.. I paid off my washer and dryer and then my dryer stopped working they came and got it but told me they would be here early then didn't show up til 6pm and the loaner they brought me didn't work. They brought me a 2nd loaner next day and the heating element is out on it. So of course i work a full time Job and work out of town so they had to schedule a time around my job to bring another loaner, was supposed to come today (wensday) between 10 and 3 called at 305pm ato find out I'm not on the schedule until Thursday so again wasted my day off when I had 101 things to do but was waiting on them...I can't wait to get my dryer back fixed so I don't have to deal with aarons again it has been a nightmare...I have a big family and will make sure none of my family of friends shop at aarons!!! I guess loyal customers doesn't matter anymore. I have shopped here before and was never late on payments and paid off my stuff early or straight out...no more aarons u lost a loyal customer

We had a wonderful experience with the manager from Summerville who was over in Beckley, he helped us out with out furniture & when the refrigerator we picked out didn't work, he & the guys working made sure to help us get a new one the same day. The guys who came by to check the fridge out had extreme patience while we removed the one that didn't work. They were all great guys & very helpful. They even followed up with calls to make sure that we were enjoying everything.

They have the worst customer service ever, and conveniently forget to verbally tell you the items are not returnable!!! When you bring that to their attention , your called a liar!! Next they say they will pick it up today between 10 and 3, but no show and no phone call! According to them it will be the 31st! I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND buying from them!! — feeling pissed off.

Horrible experience. Paid the first month to get my item store receives it. Was told I would be able to pick it up like I was the last time I was with them because my address was the same just to find out everything I was told was not true. Had to call 3 times to be updated and after everything had to have my money refunded. Unprofessional business and will lie straight to your face

Went looked at a stackable washer and dryer legs wasn’t bent nothing looked good to be used. Missing legs and bent messed my door up and floor scratched not doing anymore business after this.
