Tracy was absolutely wonderful!! She answered all questions my husband and I had and helped us find furniture for our living room. Would definitely recommend her!! Update: finally got our furniture in and it’s beautiful! My doggy approves too!

Our salesman was very knowledgeable, and super helpful in making sure we knew about their current sales and all possible savings available for us. Can't wait for our new furniture to arrive ? We had a great experience at Ashley Furniture in Beckley today. Tracy was super helpful and patient with us while we looked around for the items we wanted to buy. She gave us space to look but was always nearby when needed to answer any questions. I’ve been to multiple furniture stores recently and nobody has beat the service at Ashley.

Avery was such a helpful salesman today. We came into the store with a few furniture options in mind and he helped us find the perfect piece for our home. He explained every detail about the purchase thoroughly and was so kind while assisting us. Ashley’s furniture is lucky to have an employee like him!

I had visited several places looking for the furniture we wanted. We found exactly what we wanted at Ashley’s in Beckley. Our sales person, Chris was very helpful in our purchases. We had even decided on a different grouping and had it written up when we changed our minds on another unit and he cordially redid everything to please us. We certainly appreciate all of his help. We will definitely shop there again and we hope that Chris is there to wait on us.

We went in to buy a mattress. We looked online found 2 mattresses we liked. Got to the store. Was greeted immediately. Told them I was interested in 2 different stearns & foster mattresses. Salesperson says they don’t sell any. Went to website, showed them. Don’t know how long it would take to get one. So we looked at what they did have. Hubby found one he liked and we purchased it. Tracy Bass handled all the paperwork easily. Thanks Tracy!

Great experience shopping at Ashley Furniture. I found exactly what I was looking for with help from Denita Barr. She was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I never felt pressed to buy and she made sure the whole transaction was pleasant and seamless.

We have been on the search for a new living room suit for a good 4 mos. As soon as we walked into the store there was no pressure, Tracy greeted us and then came back to check on us a little later.
