Fast appointment set up and extremely friendly visit. I had seen several other dental offices about lower dentures, and they all wanted to correct the teeth that I had (broken teeth, sensitive teeth, and missing several back teeth). The cost to correct them was far higher than dentures, which was all I wanted. Dr. Evans at Aspen Dental in Beckley offered to repair my teeth or let me choose to finally get dentures, and I was quick to choose dentures. They had an amazing financial plan to assist and I would STRONGLY recommend this office for any dental needs. (I even received an oral cancer screening for only thirty dollars.) Five stars for sure! Thanks Dr Evans and the entire staff!

Very professional and well trained on this cold day. Carrie greeted us and answered all my questions about accommodating a disabled Veteran in a wheel chair and on oxygen. Melody was very understanding and gentle with my disabled husband and as his caregiver I appreciate her tenderness and kindness toward him. But the best surprise was the attitude and actions of Lisa in a complete explanation and understanding of the needs of my husband getting a new denture. She was informative and patient and conducted the transaction with speed and efficiency and gave us a return appointment that suited our needs for his new dentures.

This place is a joke, it nothing more than a franchise no different than a fast food joint. I would give zero stars if it would let me, they are horrible my daughter went there because she thought she was getting an abscessed tooth from a tooth that was broken while having her wisdom teeth cut out. They did x-rays and proceeded to tell her she needed to have a deep cleaning and it would be over $1000 dollars and than proceeded to tell what all else she needed to have done. They did nothing but make her feel horrible.

Experience to date has been very helpful and positive. Very friendly staff. Prompt attention with every call I have made. Very Happy so far with Aspen I believe i made a good choice ?

I know someone who recently went to this office and was turned away. They were rude, unprofessional and quite obnoxious. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone ever. I tried talking to them on the phone and have never had an office manager for a company talk like she did. I don't know how they stay in business. They should learn to be more professional and polite to the people who make their business possible.

Made an appointment to get new partials. I drove an hour to get there and waited 45 minutes, then, the dentist comes in and informs me she doesn't want to make my partials, that it would be a waste of money because Aspen Dental can't make new partials that fit better than 16 year old partials that are worn out. Basically, I was shown the door. What a terribly humiliating experience. My original ones were made at Aspen Dental in Easton PA. The service I received there was above and beyond kind, non-judgmental and professional- - Something this dentist is not familiar with. I'd never go back. Horrible experience.

I had five teeth well three stubs down to the gum and one about to break off.I was so impressed because the way that she got my teeth out Dr Edwards I figured she'd be sweating and I'm pulling an attacking she just gently removed my teeth while I was awake I thought for sure I'd have to be hospitalized and put to sleep. Then I would have missed out on what a quality doctor dentist Dr Edwards is at Aspen clinic in front of Big Lots Beckley West Virginia. If you have any fear or anxieties go to this office it is excellent.

Aspen dental just told an 80yr old man who was crying in pain ( and payed monthly on his bill ,,he owes 600$ ) and they told him if he doesn't pay the remaining balance today he cannot be seen.... the crying frustrated man walked out the door....kinda wanting to leave myself....that's ridiculous 01-12-23

#AspenDental has to be about the rudest dental office I have ever been to in my life. The way the staff talks to patients is unacceptable and unprofessional. The dentist herself has no personality, she does good work but is kind of rude her self.I had an appointment yesterday for 2 fillings and to get my crown all was well. After the numbing wore off, there is a spot that just needs hit with the drill like 2 seconds and be done. So I go back around 115pm yesterday, I sit there for 40 minutes before she says“ you’ll just have to come back at 530, she doesn’t have time for that right now “ but in that 40 minutes the way the receptionist talks to patients ESPECIALLY the elderly like who raised you to speak to ANYONE that way.Fast forward I just called to see if I could come today, was on hold for 10 minutes then comes back with well how fast can you get here I said I live almost an hour away. I said okay I won’t be able to make it today, how about can we make an appointment for Monday, she then proceeded to get her attitude. There isn’t an appointment for that you just have to get here when we open before she starts seeing patients, there’s nothing wrong with your filling. I said i understand that but it’s on my front tooth and there’s a spot that is uncomfortable for me.Hun if you hate your job, QUIT! If not then you need lessons on how to talk to people. You are rude! Shame on you , learn some respect for people and the patients that come into that office and help give you a paycheck.Had I not already paid $4000 for the dental work I needed, I would take my business else where!#dobetterbebetter #learnsomerespect

My dentist wouldn't keep dropping stuff in my throat and almost broke my jaw for a simple filling. Now they are trying to say I owe more money even though we put that all on CareCredit. So if you want a broken jaw and to be robbed this is the place.So it's my fault you guys didn't get my benefits correct and now I'm paying for it. For real people go anywhere else I had to go here due to an emergency, would not recommend at all even their customer service does not help you.

They told me how much I would have to pay for a deep cleaning and I got the dental credit card for the astronomical price. But when it came down to it, they were off by an additional $50, which I was not told about at the final appointment. They just sent me a bill and when I called to ask, she just keet repeating the same diatribe of "this is the amount you owe and you need to pay it" to every question I had. She didn't even care about the situation.

I give Aspen two thumbs up on my first visit, very accommodating and explained everything and helped greatly with my choices. I have 3 more appts, if they're as good as they were today, it will be an awesome experience

There is a problem of waiting! Your appt may be for say 11am but you may end up waiting till 11:30 or even 11:45 before you are taken back to be seen. I am seeing them for dentures. Never have I had to wait longer than 2 weeks for my dentures but I was told today it will be at least 6 weeks before I get my finished product. In the meantime, I am to have something like 4 appointments before they are even ready to make my permanent dentures? They better last the rest of my life!! Other than that, it is a great place!
