The ladies at aspen are amazing. They made me feel comfortable in an otherwise uncomfortable situation. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Aspen de tal is the worst. They are fully booked and so most of the time at your appointment you’ll be waiting around and sitting. You might get lucky to see the doctor for more than 2 min. My appointment was two hours long and I was only seen by staff for approximately 15 min. The rest was just waiting. They didn’t even describe to be what was wrong with my teeth didn’t bother taking the time to ask me if I had any questions just rushed me to the finance to quote me $1800 for a cleaning which is a joke. I walked out so fast. They also messed up my referral. Don’t schedule here please save your time.

My mother stated that her experience with Aspen dental was great!! The staff was friendly and nice. She would recommend Aspen dental for your dental needs!!

First time there. I had 2 smaller kids with me and a 17 year old. The appointment was for my 17 year old. We sat there for an hour before they called her back. Then sat there for another hour. Asked the receptionist how long this was going to take. Only thing she needed was x-rays and a cleaning. Receptionist said about 2 to 3 hours. Kinda shocked at that. Never ever went to a dentist and it take that long. My dgtr was sent back out. Needless to say in the end we all left and will not be going back. Sat there waiting for 2 hours to have only x-rays done. Not going back.

The people were great. However when you have a broken or loose tooth that hurts it would be nice if they actually fixed the problem at the appt you scheduled for it. Not weeks later.

Aspen Dental they are amazing. The best thing about them is they took my insurance Aetna an fit in just what I needed upper dentures a crown several cavities particle for my bottom. Exrays, an done a cleaning at my first appointment. An said I'd have my dentures within ,3 weeks.iam so happy right now bc it's took me 2 yrs to get to this point .an there going to do it so fast.there amazing.

I was able to make an appointment quickly for a problem. Upon arrival it was about 15 minutes before being acknowledged by the receptionist. 40 minutes before I was called to start the appointment. First thing I was told is “we probably won’t be able to do anything about your broken tooth today”. That should’ve been disclosed when the appointment was made. I was told they were going to do some X-rays. I thought that might be needed to see the extent of the damage. No, it was a full set. Then they send me to another waiting room because they don’t have an empty room. (Why call someone to start anything if you really aren’t ready?). Next stop is the chair. Now it’s a scan, then the hygienist comes in and does nothing but evaluate gum condition and leaves. Then finally (almost 2 hours after scheduled appointment time) the dentist comes in. She takes a Quick Look and says you need a root canal. She does take the time to explain it and discuss other options. However, at that point wouldn’t a temporary cap provide some protection until a root canal could be scheduled? Not offered or discussed. Honestly I didn’t think to ask until after. Then sent back to the waiting area to talk to the finance person. I encountered another patient who also drove at least an hour to get there for an emergency situation and was left with no help as well. She asked the finance lady if she had any idea how much longer and she snapped at her with “I just have folders stacked up and don’t even know if you’re next.” After more than 2 hours of wasted time I got up and left. Never spoke to finance - they never called but I did get requests for tell us about your experience. After talking to others who have experienced the Aspen way in different places I wish I had talked to them before. I only went because I needed help which I didn’t get. Never go back again and don’t recommend to my worst enemy. If I could leave no stars, I would.The girl who did the X-rays was very nice.

Waited a long time my dentist had no bed side matter and was very rude. The lady who did my xrays was very nice and helpful

It's a Corp and you are treated as a Corp would treat a customer. Did not feel I was even wanted as a patient offered to refer me to another facility because I had question about my share of cost.

I made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. Showed up and after three hours was told I need an extensive cleaning for nearly $700. Called my old dentist, and they are scheduled to do it with no payment from me because my insurance coversIt.
