I want to say a huge thank you to this Autozone. My car broke down and I had to wait for my parents to come and save me and they let me park my car there for 2 days with no issues. The day it got picked up the worker came out and helped my dad make sure it was hooked up properly. I can never say thank you enough to this location. Everyone I talked to was so polite and respectful

If I could give less than a one I would. I recently went in with a bad battery to purchase a new one. As I went in the store I was greeted very rudely by an associate nes Eric I waited for him to finish with the other customer then was very rudely told to go to Sam's club and purchase a battery they were cheaper and better. So I called another store and made a complaint to the manager and went to advance auto parts and purchased a new battery

Older guy with glasses and a white beard at the front just made my experience there horrible. I came in to return my dead battery for a core charge and the entire time I was in there he was giving me dirty looks and throwing his hands up in the air as if I was an inconvenience to his day. I didn’t have the card I needed to make the proper exchange which was on me but he was rude from the very beginning. I wish I would have caught his name to make a formal complaint.

They sold me a defective part that cost me a day of work when it had to be replaced AGAIN, and I had to buy the part AGAIN from somewhere else, and then AutoZone refused to give me my money back. They offered me a merchandise card, so I could pick out more defective parts, but I'd prefer my gas and food money back. They couldn't care less.

My check engine light came on so they ran a diagnostic on my Dodge and sure enough it was right: vaper emissions. My gas cap seal wasn't good the o-ring wore out so I bought a new gas cap and bingo fixed the problem. Great people working there

Traveling to Georgia in an older vehicle we started having issues. We thought about turning around, but instead we Google’d the nearest AutoZone location.When we arrived I explained the issues to the assistant manager Chris. He hooked the electrical system monitor up to the Vehicle and determined that we needed a new battery. Great! 4 hours away from home with no tools and we need a battery. Not a problem, AutoZone to the rescue!Chris replaced the battery and got us back in the highway. The battery was inside the cabin under the rear passenger seat. I would have never located it. Thanks AutoZone!
