Banking is a business but must keep the customer first. PCB does so, I appreciate the Oak Hill-Mt. Hope-Beckley branches and the staff at each. I can't imagine other locations are not as good. Someone in Franklin, WV is doing a great job at running a bank!

Rude employees. I was having troubles counting my money and separating what i needed to withdraw and i was getting laughed at because i was taking a long time and forgot to push the send button to send the tube back to the 2 women at the window. Its pretty clear that they were talking about me because i was the only one there at the time.
