When the service was BB&T I NEVER had issues with my finances, blockages, checks or anything of the sort. Since becoming Truist it is constant, non-stop, back to back issues with this banking service. Electronically to the actual managing of your accounts is just absolutely poor. Ive lost more money dealing with this bank then they've ever given me back in interest. Once this most recent issue with my account has been dealt with. I will be closing my account asap. A customer for over 15+ years and I am completely fed up.DO NOT BANK WITH THEM YOU WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR MONEY

I was wondering why Truist here in Beckley has such a low Google score. I have been banking here now for a few months now and everyone has been wonderful. They have been friendly and helpful. I give this bank a five star rating!

The branch hours on the recording when you call says drive through open till 6 on fridays well last Friday it closed at 5 in beckley

They roll out cash reserve and then don’t even know how to do basic math or let alone know how the program actually works, cost me 3 hours away from work for absolutely nothing, still no answer and still no phone call back.

Tellers are friendly but the service is so unbelievably slow. You sit in the drive through for at least half an hour on an empty day.

Time to change banks, this bank charges me twice for items it already charged me for, my account got overdrafted because they made a mistake refunded me but I paid the overdraft fee I would go with another bank.

Truist has the WORST banking web site ever. There is no way to see what checks are outstanding aka "pending". The bank's balance may be $326.43 different than yours, but you can't see what checks have not been cashed.Plus, there is NO WAY to email them a question. They did away with that. I'm moving to Citi

If I could give zero Stars I would. The service was good when we open the account around last May or June, and we haven't spoken to them since then.. We went into the bank and we're not acknowledged ,wasted a half an hour of our time and left. made Five phone calls without any return calls. The service has become atrocious go to another bank or Credit Union. Credit unions are always better than banks anyway.
