I bought someone a gift and even got a gift receipt. When that person tried to exchange the item they were told that they could only refund the item to my original payment method. I don't understand why the recipient wasn't allowed to exchange the gift for the correct sized item or have the amount put into a gift card so they could buy something else. Now I have to find a way to send them money to replace the gift. I used to love to shop here, but now I'll think twice.

A lady with blonde hair made sure to come track me down and make comments about how they were closing in 15 minutes while I was just trying to shop so I left my whole buggy of Christmas gifts we selected for over an hour. I know when they close and don’t appreciate being ran off because they are worried about me being in the store close to when they get to go home. This Big Lots sucks.

Cheap furniture that does not last. Bought a bedroom suite from the Beckley location and everything fell apart. First the mattress they sold me arrived wet and stained. Recliner fell apart, and now my dresser fell apart
