Let me start off by saying I love Big Lots!This store in particular was the 1st time I'd been in there, but would be the last. It was clean and had a lot of nice things, but when we got up to the check out counter the cashier was rude. Bad attitude and had her son/grandson running all around the check out area and behind the counter. Screaming, bumped into us.Then on our way out I put the shopping cart off to the side and that same cashier made a big scene huffing and puffing, grabbed the cart from where I had put it and slammed it into where the rest of the carts were parked.Granted, she could've been having a bad day...but I don't have time for a grown adult to act that way towards me and my 72 yr old mother. Will NEVER go back to that Big Lots again!!

This is still a Lower price store than most but the prices are going up more and more so not much discount anymore.

Man Big Lots has come a long way from what I remember it being. Great selection of Christmas decorations and furniture.

Easy to access and find something interesting every time. Some prices are lower on some items, some are of no savings. It's all in what you go looking for.

Found what I needed quickly with the help of a sales associate. The price was fair, the store was clean, and every associate was helpful.

Always fast and good deals and very nice stuff for your home. My friend has bought there furniture and liked it. I got my couch from them and it has been a good one so far. Definitely good prices..my son got furniture last summer as well. Definitely don't sleep on them

Ripped off. Charged for 2 windchimes but got only 1. Found out when we got home. Be very careful.

Who closes at 5:30? We got there around 5:15 unaware that they closed at 5:30 and then as we were looking for alcohol based markers (you have to individually buy) they said "The store will be closing in 10 minutes" so my mother and I hurried and looked around for other things we might buy and they said we have 5 minutes to check out and leave. So we just left and didn't buy anything.

Clean and well stocked. Great customer service. However, Big Lots prices are not a bargain anymore.
