They never work. On 3 different occasions I've tried this and it's always a software error notice popping up or it just doesn't even turn on.

Absolutely love the Kiosk! Very simple to use and definitely recommend it.Only took me a few minutes to renew my 2 vehicles. Sure beats going to the DMV office that sometimes takes hours.

Had to renew my license. Chose to use the kiosk inside the Beckley Sheetz instead of going to the DMV,which I hate. It was quick, easy, and convenient. Great new option if all your info is still the same as on your soon to expire license;)

I hope it gets easier for tall and short people to use. Everyone is not 5'7" tall.
