I ordered the limited edition Purple Reign Jackson kayak from them online, i lived in Tennessee and was about to move and needed it in time. They went above and beyond. They drove it all the way from West Virginia all the way to Clarksville Tennessee. That is dedication to making the customer happy. They deserve more than 5 stars. Super friendly and very polite too. Seriously thank you again for driving all that way for me. ❤️

Mark and the whole staff are always incredibly knowledgeable about any and all aspects of outdoor sports, and RC type vehicles! Have been going there for over 20 years, and will ALWAYS go there for any sort of equipment, advice, or any of the countless things in between!

We made an online snowboard purchase and we inadvertently put the wrong shipping address on our order. We learned of our error after it had shipped. We called the store and Mark and Andrew worked through our issue. They were friendly, reassuring and extremely helpful. We received the product today, it was nicely packaged and just as ordered. Overall a terrible experience. I purchased a rudder for my kayak and I was sent the incorrect rudder. Simple misunderstanding and they made it right (only reason they are getting 2 stars and not one). However the first was sent extremely poorly packaged and arrived damaged. When I did end up receiving the correct rudder I was pretty shocked. The bag was open and held together with a rubber band. It was missing a few viral parts and also had random electrical wiring pieces that weren’t needed inside. I went ahead and bought the pieces from a different vendor to avoid more problems. Like said in a previous review I would stay away from online orders. It does seem they are selling used or open box products.

Stay away from online orders. They sold me a used, scratched and opened box Traxxas X-Maxx. After the first run RC lost its speed cause gear was making a weird cranking noise that I had to get fixed at a hobby shop.
