Ally Gill was so wonder! She code scanned my code and figured out y to fix my car. She made it look so easy! She put a new gas cap, purge solenoid on and replaced the battery in my key fob! Wow saved me a lot of money. And Larry came out and helped

That Matthew Lester review is fake. That guy is a liar. I was in there. He was extremely rude & his cracked out self was just looking for something for nothing. The girl was very nice. She explained she tests all rebate batteries before selling them. He yelled at her and asked why she didn’t call him. She explained he had not left his phone number to which he replied that he’s in the system. She told him that the system listed over 20+ Matthew Lester’s because it’s nation wide. He got rude with her and said that it should’ve shown WV. She told him it listed three different ones in WV. I think she handled it very well and she has always been super pleasant and gone above and beyond for customers every time I’m in there. Guy was a real jackass. I love this O’Reilly store. They actually go above & really try to help you.

Don't know what's going on with a lot of parts but seems to be malfunctioning or not working properly had to take several parts back I wasn't properly working defaulted

I called to get a used truck battery they said they had it I went to pick it up and in fact they did not have a good battery they had a bad battery , so needless to say I did not get a battery and their customer service was so sorry she didn't bother to tell me that the battery was not good before I came so it was a total waste of time gas and effort thank goodness I got one from the closet auto parts store in the area
