There’s only like one or two people I like to deal with at this location. I had spoke to one today and he was totally rude. Telling me I’m not listening to him and they can’t do anything or tell me anything because they don’t have the receipt. This location has a bunch of rude people. Telling me we owed a small amount and one week and said we owed double and some of what was owed. It is ridiculous how these people are! Never had a problem until recently. I do NOT recommend this place! I wish there was an option of NO stars. But there isn’t, so they still get NO stars!

If I had the choice to give it 0 stars I would. "Rusty" does not need to work in customer service if all he's going to do is yell and cut you off while you're trying to talk and understand why you're trying to over charge us on a payment when we are up to date... And when we asked for his name he said he was just cancelling our order we have been paying on since July and hung up on us!!! We haven't even received our furniture and TV ( but that part is on us). This has been the first time we have had a problem with Beckley Crossing.... Any of the females and I believe there was one other gentleman that has been very kind and helpful each time we've talked to them.... It definitely took us by surprise when he started yelling and acting belligerent and threatening us...thank God we have the phone calls recorded in case we have to hire an attorney.
