Fixed the window but left the broken glass in the door so I hear it in there every time I open or shut the door. Sloppy and lazy work! I’ve had windows repaired before and they always cleaned out the glass from inside the door.ALSO - this appointment was made over a week in advance and on the day of the appointment I drove 35 miles to Beckley and they told me I would have to come back because they didn’t order the correct window. Not the first time we have had a bad experience with a Safelite location but this is the last time we will ever give them our business.

I came in to get my windshield fixed. I had been quoted $288. I was told that the final price was $380. When I objected to that new price they dropped the disposal fee which reduced the price to $308 with taxes.This meant I was being charged $75~ for dumpster space for my old windshield!!!***!!!Then their employee said he saw too much rust for him to do the job, though he was unable to show me any rust whatsoever.Save yourself the hassle and go anywhere else. This place is a huge ripoff and the most poorly run Safelite store in the nation

I have a Jeep, so stops at Safelite are not rare.The staff is very friendly and courteous.The technician did an amazing job. I had to search for the spot he repaired and it was very obvious before he fixed it.

Due to poor customer service, making you use an automated system, I couldn’t speak to someone to try to ask some questions so that I could make an appointment. The automated system hung up on me three times, so I gave up. This is the problem with business in America.

Terrible customer service. Very high priced and I left. Got it done better quality and 125 cheaper elsewhere. They charge you a disposal fee to get rid of the old windshield and then they get paid again by the person they dispose it with. Rip off kings.

My windshield was replaced by this location. That's about as nice as I can be. I admit now that I was 20 minutes late for a 9 am appointment on a Saturday. However, upon arrival we were told that they may be able to work us back into their schedule although they were standing around chatting with nobody else there. He told me that they had already called the 10 am and she was on her way and that he didn't want to be there working on a Saturday for people who were late. He indicated that he wanted to go home as soon as possible. They never called me to see if I was still on my way. They waited until we returned to the shop at 12:30 (again nobody waiting in the store) to even begin work that only took them 35 minutes to complete. I had my truck returned at 1:45 for a 9 am appointment. He was informed that I had a second showing for my new home at 11:00 am and an appointment for new tires at 2, yet he dragged his feet and purposely threw the entire day off schedule over 20 minutes late for a windshield appointment. No business at Safelite ever again. I've used them religiously for over 15 years. So sad this location is so mismanaged and petty.
