I always find a great deal! Friendly service, ease of looking and trying on selections. Never so busy, you can find something and it's always BOGO.

This was my third shoe store stop today, but should have been my first. Excellent customer service. The lady actually stopped to help me pick out a pair of shoes. While at the "Carnival" I received this sage advice, "If you can't find it, we don't have it in stock."

Horrible service. My mother shops here often and spent over $100 on a pair of work shoes. She worse then 1 day (inside of a rehabilitation setting) and something was poking into the foot. She tried returning them within a couple days after they were bought and she was told no that the top was faded so they couldn’t do anything for her. Absolutely horrible and will not be back. I myself has haven’t shopped here for probably five or six years because I bought a pair of shoes several years ago and They fell apart within a few months. My family will go to shoe carnival

Great selection, and reasonably priced name brand shoes. Shopping on the shoe show website was extremely easy and huge selection. My order was delivered fast and accurately sized. I was very impressed and satisfied with my order. Highly recommend.

Found a great deal on Merrell hiking shoes for my youngest son. There was a great pair of sandals for my daughter, but they were the wrong size. Several good deals on shoes and sandals for my oldest son. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a great experience shopping here.

I was the only person in the store. Two employees one at the register and the other 6feet away from me just looking at me as I tried to get the size I need off the top self. As I walked out without anything. I told them there customer service sucked. An the man at the register didn't even acknowledge me on bit. I will never go back to this location!
