This was my third shoe store stop today, but should have been my first. Excellent customer service. The lady actually stopped to help me pick out a pair of shoes. While at the "Carnival" I received this sage advice, "If you can't find it, we don't have it in stock."

Horrible service. My mother shops here often and spent over $100 on a pair of work shoes. She worse then 1 day (inside of a rehabilitation setting) and something was poking into the foot. She tried returning them within a couple days after they were bought and she was told no that the top was faded so they couldn’t do anything for her. Absolutely horrible and will not be back. I myself has haven’t shopped here for probably five or six years because I bought a pair of shoes several years ago and They fell apart within a few months. My family will go to shoe carnival

Found a great deal on Merrell hiking shoes for my youngest son. There was a great pair of sandals for my daughter, but they were the wrong size. Several good deals on shoes and sandals for my oldest son. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a great experience shopping here.

I was the only person in the store. Two employees one at the register and the other 6feet away from me just looking at me as I tried to get the size I need off the top self. As I walked out without anything. I told them there customer service sucked. An the man at the register didn't even acknowledge me on bit. I will never go back to this location!

Called asking about plus size, over the knee socks all over beckley today. The girl working at Shoe Show today had the very best over the phone customer service I have received all day. Thank you!P.S. Stock some plus size, over the knee, knit socks. ;)
