First visit to this Staples since I located to the Beckley area. I went in to make copies and when I went to the counter Autumn immediately responded to my needs, I was extremely impressedwith her customer service skills.

I don’t go to staples often, but the last two time I went to print posters the employees that helped me were super polite! I can’t remember the last woman’s name, but I went there today and Autumn assisted me! She was amazing! And super sweet! And made feel welcomed! I could’ve talked with her all day! I am very satisfied with my visit!.. And if the Boss(es) don’t mind.. I would kindly like to ask if you would look into giving her a raise.?✨

Nick just assisted me. He was so CHEERFUL and PATIENT with each customer (there were 5 ahead of me). It was a pleasure and his attitude kept my day going in a positive direction!

Only place around besides going online. I’ll do that from now on. Don’t print business cards, the machine seems to always be down, but from what I notice other orders get done while you’re at the building. Workers are lazy, and disrespectful. If you don’t want to do your job don’t show up.

Drove an hour to buy a $260 printer only to get home and it was used. Had to drive the hour back and didn't give anything for my wasted time and gas money. So, no more staples for me.

I have been twice in t last week and had wonderful customer service from the young brown hair lady in the print center. She was so kind and helpful to me! A total sweetheart...I have not caught her name but I need too!

Staples is a clean fully stocked office supply store. Staples carries many teachers items. The service personnel are always friendly and helpful. The only drawback I find is the price. Unfortunately, Staples is a little higher then other stores. I will continue to show up there though.

Printing copies here works fine, but be careful if you are on a time crunch and need to use the same day option. Online it will wait until after you have paid to tell you that you passed their deadline time and can't pick up until the next day. Then apparently it is a $15 rush fee to get what you have ordered in time. Great.

I haven't been in Stapels for some time and I must confess I was a little overwhelmed by some new technology at or just prior to check out. One of the folks pushed the buttons and printed out all the tickets pointed me at checkout and I was out of there. At 74 I would have walked with out help.
