I treat myself monthly to a hot mocha macchiato but it's never hot & I have it drank before I get on the main road.Service is still impeccable . Highly recommend.Food: 5/5

This is the worst Starbucks on the face of the earth. No one should so much as possibly consider wasting your body's energy even contemplating going here.

Worst starbies experience ever. Drink was made incorrectly, instead of offering to fix them they argued that the way I ordered my most common drink was incorrect. When I described the drink I wanted they said I should order the same way I had. Not faulting them for making it incorrectly just being unwilling to fix it. Oh and also did not honor a reward on the app. Poor management and operations.

Placed a mobile order, had no idea that the dining room was closed. Had to wait 45min in the drive thru line to finally get my drinks. When I finally did, my cold drink the whip cream and ice was already melted, my hot drink (which I always order extra hot) was already cold. This is the second time in 2 weeks this has happened. It's not worth the money and a complete waste of time

When arriving they were very busyI only seen 1 person making all the drinks, she was overwhelmed took a long time for our drink. 1 drink we got 20 minutes later, we waited inside. I wont be going back any time soon. There was others that worked there that could have helped. Not that good of a experience for the price.

Staff was friendly and helpful but the seating area needed sweeping, wiping down, and restocking. There were no napkins, straws, etc. Had a generally dirty appearance. Shocking for Starbucks.

This store no longer has the caramel brûlée, they are always out of the pumpkin muffins, and the coffee the last several times has been overpriced Dunkin’s. Also don’t order through the mobile app because they act confused about the order every time. I deleted the app today and won’t be going back.

Quality of lattee is not as good as it used to be. The lines are long even after I order on mobile and its past time for my pick up.

They were backed up, but the manager quickly took charge, moved a few assistants around and wow!, the orders started flying! Was an amazing sight! We had ordered 4 drinks for our party and all 4 came out pretty quickly and were delicious! Glad we have the app for the freebies. I stopped for coffee and a snack. The store was very busy both in store and drive-thru. The service was good relative to the crowd. The atmosphere was negatively impacted by the crowd but was not that bad. I use this store regularly and have always been satisfied. I definitely recommend them for good coffee drinks and bakery items.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve worked in food service for many years, and although I am not an expert, I believe the workers need to pick up the pace. The past three mobile orders that I’ve made, I’ve waited 15+ minutes for my drink when the store wasn’t even busy. Workers need to pay attention to requested additions. I have a severe almond allergy and requested oat milk, received almond milk in my coffee. I understand making mistakes, but when it’s a life threatening allergy and the drink is $7, it is different. Store is always dirty and grimy.

Only really had a couple issues with Starbucks so overall it’s great and I usually get only 3 or 4 things. The white mocha, vanilla frapp, with 3 shots of toffee nut, or caramel frapp. I used to get the mocha cookie crumble which was good.
