Christy is fabulous. I have fine, straight hair and she knows how to work with it without just cutting it all off, like most people do. I'll be back to Christy even though it's an hour and half drive each way.

I visited this location on a whim. I had recently had an accident and was truly unable to care for my own hair. The beautiful young lady who took care of me was extremely conscientious of taking care of not only my hair but always making sure I was comfortable and not in pain. I wish I could remember her name.Super job !

Always been pleased with them. I was surprised today that the price had gone up by 30%! I was the only person in the salon. Maybe this explains why.

Haleigh did so good with my hair! My hair is curly, and what most people get wrong is that they never manage to blend it out well. I think Haleigh is the first person that actually has managed to get my hair just the way I like. Also, I didn’t have to wait long at all, and I was a walk-in! Overall just amazing.

Worst Stylist don’t waste your money undermanaged and unprofessional it’s disgusting and to call it a salon is a joke. Stylist have minimal training if any at all.

Not from the area but where I’m from, the Supercuts takes online reservations and is usually busy so I called this one and the girl answered and I asked nicely if they have any openings in an hour and she said “it’s first come first serve.” Snottily and I said “I just thought I’d call and ask just to make sure it wasn’t busy, thanks .” and made an online reservation just incase. When we arrived I walked in, there was a girl in short red hair and another person and we told her what we were there for and she said there’s 3 people ahead of us and they’d be ready in 45 minutes since there’s only 2 of them (workers) and we kindly just confirmed that we made an online reservation. And she said that that’s just for checking in. Which doesn’t make sense really because the whole point of that system is to reserve a spot or time which I was told by my usually Supercuts and others that that’s what we’re supposed to do. Anyway….we’re on our way to a weekend of events and for us, it was 2 strikes for that place so thought I’d make a review. Makes Supercuts look bad and like it doesn’t respect the times people reserve online, when in fact it’s been respected at other Supercuts, so I figured just this location and the woman didn’t want to cut our hair. That’s what it felt like. You can definitely feel an attitude of overwhelmed, and like “I don’t want to rush let me take my time first come first serve. I guess robotic not really caring about the customer. We usually tip pretty good too. I’m sure other people are great and Supercuts is definitely our favorite place to get haircuts. But this location and the experience were not great and honestly it could do a lot better.
