Absolutely worthless, I'm sorry. Anytime I get a package that is supposed to only be 2 days away ( i.e. KY or IN), it comes in 4 days later and 2 of those are that it's stuck in Beckley,WV which is 20 mins away. They won't deliver on Saturdays out of this location while most every other UPS center will, so if a package doesn't make it to you by Friday, you won't get it until Monday. You pay for fast shipping from a website that would normally get you your package in 2-3 days but with it processing out of Beckley? Better make that 5-7 days. Seriously, a pathetic operation. I don't fault the drivers, but the shipping office itself. However, their drivers won't go out if there is a skiff of snow on the roads, despite making $75-90k in this area, while the USPS will be there even in a blizzard.Shut this joke of an office down and go build one elsewhere that will actually do their jobs

Called UPS to file a claim on a lost package I had not received yet. The lady I spoke with was suppose to have sent an email to my email address and I never received that email. Logged in to my UPS account to try and file a claim and it wouldn't let me file one, so if you have a lost package it's about useless to try and get it resolved. C'mon UPS get your stuff together.

Manager is very emotional about his employees no matter if they are wrong and running things over in your yard and cannot drive he will blame you and stop delivering to your address if you try to speak to him about it he will have you banned from the ups location for scaring his employees while they are laughing at you real scary. Typical behavior from that generation run & hide

The Beckley Distribution center needs to be reported to the home office as well as to consumer protection bureau, the WV. AG consumer affairs devision. It is ineptly run.

The holiday season means these guys are busy. But they still did everything they could to help me find my packages. Just keep in mind, they don’t have a retail counter any more at the George street location. Probably better off to use the UPS Store or some other alternative for drop off and package holds. Great bunch of men and women though.

UPS has gotten lousy at their delivery service. I had a couple packages that was suppose to be delivered to me on the 16th of November. When I got a notification, it stated that my delivery address was incorrect. It was not. It is the same address that was used a month ago without any issues. Here it is a week and a half later and now I'm waiting on replacement packages from Amazon to be delivered. One of the replacement packages was suppose to be delivered on November 25th. Now it's after midnight and when I check the tracking on it, it says that it on its way, but running late. I am beyond irritated. I am now furious. This issue needs to be resolved.

It's becoming a regular occurrence for packages to be delivered to the wrong house, or deliveries delayed due to "no one available" although I'm home awaiting delivery.Also unable to speak to a human being about any issues.

I have put signs up and even submitted a detailed delivery request that tells you exactly which house is mine and I still don’t get my packages. I’m sure Amazon is tired of me complaining and requesting replacements, all due to someone not doing their job correctly.

I have been trying to get packages delivered here for months. Detailed instructions have been included with any package delivered to my address. I have went in personally to make sure this occurs. I am beyond annoyed when every package gets returned but both my neighbors get there's. You try to call and you get a robot that REFUSES to connect with an employee. One driver has no issue and says the other driver refuses to open their notes. This is a big issue that needs to be dealt with.

The 1-800# is terrible for customer service. It does not have a prompt to talk to customer service unless you have tracking number. There are some instances that do not require a tracking number, they are basic needs questions for customers.Your response is not helpful either... all of those are also automated responses, no physical person

I feel like the drop off counter for a logistics company should be open during the busiest time of the year, no matter the circumstances. I arrived during normal business hours and there was a sign on the locked door stating that the counter wasn't open, and offered no further explanation. The parking lot was full of employee vehicles, they were even blocking customer parking spots- so it's a bit puzzling why no one was able to staff the counter. What is management doing at this location? It's pretty clear they have no interest in providing a customer focused experience.

I was picking up an ADA unit. The employees were friendly. I didnt get the names of the two guys that helped me get loaded but they were awesome. I pick up at ups centers all over and this was by far the best

Man at counter was very helpful. Driver said he couldn't find my home twice. Had to pay extra to leave pkg here. Drove 2 hrs to PU
