this company has failed to show that I am in a poor service area when there is a store down the street they also have already gave me $20 off. Which is nothing compared to the BILLS THEY SEND!!! the company has also failed its customers in the Beckley area the company has lied to the customers in this area and the store needs to be removed from this area because if I'm in a poor service area so is the STORE! Also the website says I'm in a good service area with 5G they have failed to provide the service they have promised and I want my money back. Also they need to call me and speak to me because they didn't advise that a ticket was being put in! Also I want my money back and do not care about the systems. BY THE WAY. They let me be a customer for 3 MONTHS! before they told me I was in a poor service area and won't give me one dime of my money back!

My experience with Heather @ US Cellular at the Beckley Crossing was great! She helped me above and beyond what anyone was expected to do. As far as the phone selection goes and the activating of the new line of service was fast and easy.. However the part that took a good bit of the day was the porting of my number from AT&T. It wasn't her fault. It was the weekend and it takes a good bit depending on a couple things.. BUT the end result was great! I called her and let her know my number was ported over. As far as the coverage goes, it is SPECTACULAR! It is a GREAT alternative to AT&T. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THEY ROAM ON AT&T in Wyoming County, BUT THE PHONE SAID US CELLULAR WHILE I HAD SERVICE, so the coverage between areas and tower to tower was flawless. WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

Staff were very helpful and offered ideas and suggestions. Process was relatively painless. We've been US Cellular customers for 25 years and have no plans to leave.

Switched from Cricket to them for my wife to upgrade her phone and once under contract over the last few month's a $95 extra charge has been added with no explanation! Plus you get constant drop calls everywhere you go! If they can't fix it today we are going back to Cricket which has EXCELLENT service and cheaper! Be careful with them if considering...... #horribleservice
