Berkeley Springs Memories is a great little gift store! It's like going shopping but also visiting with family. Great selection of gifts and the Christmas selection is huge!! Also the owner has a great knowledge of the town and the history.

If you're visiting Berkeley Springs, make sure to stop by Barb's shop. She has a wonderful supply of everything Berkeley Springs and the greatest selection of candy in town. You'll get a warm welcome and some friendly conversation.

A lovely little shop on Main Street! I can always find something that I love or something for someone else that I know they will love! The merchandise is diverse and unique, something for everyone. The merchandise is also great quality, I have t-shirts from the shop that I purchased many years ago that are still in great shape. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. She is always current on upcoming events and gives awesome recommendations regarding restaurants, events, etc. Berkeley Springs Memories always rates a visit whenever I'm in town.

I have made several purchases from here and couldn't be happier. I wanted something specific and Barb worked with me to find it. The old time Candy selection is fabulous too!

the store is lovely, (this is why I couldn't give it a "not recommend" rating) but when I was in Berkeley Springs last Thursday, the woman in the store was on her cell phone the entire time I was in the store...it was obviously a personal call. I had to say hello to her, she couldn't be bothered to greet me. I bought a berkley springs ornament, and this person couldn't even tell the person she was speaking with "let me call you back, I'm ringing up a sale for a customer". This is the height of rudeness. if this woman was the owner, she needs to learn customer service skills...if this was only an employee, then she needs to either find another profession, or be taught how to deal with customers. personally, I will not shop in this store if I'm in town again.
