Extremely rude banker (Billy) we dealt with today. Dirty office and all in all a terrible experience. We are switching banks for sure.

Awful bank - one of the employees was positively sociopathic - but then I found their corporate help assistants to be pretty rude. Cashed out and went to another bank. Main issue: they deactivated my debit card for no reason and refused to reactivate it. I don’t need the headache.

I have the account with them for almost 20 years (they were Susquehanna bank, then merged with BB&T and now Truist). Back then they were much better. Now they are going from bad to worse. I plan to quit this bank in the nearest future, because they changing their policies all the time. They no longer having basic checking accounts. This particular location is extremely slow.

Wait times here are horrendous, 1 person working the drive through and 2 people working the lobby ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON.

Been my bank for twenty years. Last year I've never seen more than one teller at the drive through or inside. Regardless of time of day. It's so painfully frustrating.

This is one of the most unprofessional institutions I have ever worked with trying to open my family’s new accounts. I have never seen a bank have you open 2 accounts, checking and savings, go though credit check (which is exceptionally good), deposit $500 dollars to start, move direct deposit to it, and then the bank just closes the accounts and no one can answer why or find the money? And to be clear, this is Truist National, not the local branch, so you are in danger no matter what office you bank with. Just find another bank, you will be happier.

Not a community bank. You are required to have an account with this bank branch to receive any service. I was on my way to an event and needed dollar coins for gifts. The teller confirmed they had some but because I was not a member they would not exchange cash for coins. The teller and manager stated it is company policy.
I asked the next door bank and they would help me even if I didn’t have an account. They were just out of them.
Nothing personal against this business but I could not recommend.

This branch hasn’t been the same since becoming Truist. Unreasonable policies. Attempted to deposit a money order into a friends account. They stated I needed they’re account number. Called another Truist branch they told me all I needed was her first and last name. My friend and I will be closing our accounts after over 10 years. Also they wouldn’t allow me to make a deposit into my own account because my ID was expired by one day. I am over the hassle that is Truist.

Unfortunately sluggish and lazy workers. Worrying more about their lunch breaks, than assisting the long line of customers waiting 20 minutes. Other locations are fantastic, just not this one
