The owner is very hands on and personally runs the store, does a great job, offers good deals with excellent prices. I'm very happy with the tires he set me up with, ordered them over the phone in the morning and stopped by and had them installed in 45min later that afternoon. He started the company because he hated being and seeing others ripped off by tire places. 10/10, highly recommend, you can't do better than TireVille!

Had a wobble in my Tesla Model Y after a tire rotation. Showed up a few minutes after they opened to get the tire balanced. Within a few mins, a gent came out asked how he could help me. He looked at my tires, and shared the news, I needed new tires.
This wasn’t an up sale, I knew I was due, was just hoping to get a few more miles out of them. (Teslas eat tires like other cars drink oil.)
Here is where the 5-Stars are earned. He ordered the tires and said if I could come back after lunch, he’d get them on. Showed up at 2 and 45 mins later I was out the door ready to go.
Fantastic customer service, no nonsense, and focused on getting you back on the road safely.
From now on, TireVille is my go to for all things tires.

I went there because a weight on tire was put on wrong and it flow off. Being 72 and only on social security and money is very tight. I had to ask how much it was before I had it done. Long story short after it was done he didn’t charge me at all. He know that I it would make me short. They are the month. The owner was so very nice and Al of his staff very very If you need anything done I recommend you go there. R

I was in Charles Town attending a conference. I had a low tire alert come up on my dashboard. The local fire department recommended Tireville to me. The service at Tireville was top notch. They fixed the issue with my tire in less than 10min. Fast, friendly service.

Tireville – Charles Town, WV – Review
We recently stopped at Tireville in Charles Town, West Virginia after noticing an increase in road noise and becoming concerned that there might be an issue with one or more of our tires.
The owner came out immediately to inspect the vehicle. Without hesitation, he gave a preliminary assessment, stating that the tires appeared to be in great condition. Still, he offered to take the vehicle into the garage for a more thorough inspection to be sure. He checked the tire balance and overall condition, and even welcomed us to watch the process.
After the inspection, he reassured us that the tires were in excellent shape and that no further action was needed. What stood out most was his honesty, professionalism, and genuine care for our safety and peace of mind.
I would highly recommend this business to anyone within reach of the area. The owner’s integrity and customer-first attitude were truly impressive. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

This is my FIRST time visiting. However, it won't be my last.
My review is lengthy because I want to share as much detail as possible.
TIREVILLE is conveniently located a short distance from the Rt 340 and Rt 9 intersection, just past the Hollywood Casino at Charles Town, WV.
TIREVILLE shares parking with the U-Haul store.
Tireville is run by the husband.
U-Haul is run by the wife.
There is plenty of free customer parking back there.
TIREVILLE supports ADA compliant access into the office and customer lounge area. Female and elderly non-threatening, safe environment.
The lounge is clean and free of debris and foul odors.
The customer service area has a front-facing monitor that projects the image the staff member uses for tire search, price guide, and total cost for the customer to see.
TIREVILLE is happy to provide the client the tire they want.
However, if prompted, the staff will be ready to share knowledge and recommendations on the most suitable choices for your vehicle.
The owner is very transparent on his pricing and is proud to support WV tire suppliers.
I was extremely impressed with the owner's time spent with me explaining his business, and I felt the passion in this Charles Town native along with his zeal to provide the utmost customer service experience.
Please help me pass on knowledge of this supreme experience with future new customers.

I dont think I could possibly say only one good thing about this place. Everything was great (speed, communication, customer service) absolutely would recommend them to anyone in need of tires or an alignment. Real honest mechanics who won't just rip you off and send you on your way. Will continue to travel here from Maryland for the services, as people in the area here seem to only care about the dollar.
