Would not recommend. They cancelled an appointment 20 minutes before appointment time after having it scheduled for almost 2 weeks. Said he didn’t have help with lifting the AC. After saying I could help, he said they don’t have parts for it and would take a long time to get them in. Then he cancelled the appointment. Would have been nice to hear this a day or two after scheduling the appointment so I could find someone else.

Their technician Nicholas,is excellent at his job.He really knows his products.He helped me with a desktop processor problem and quickly shipped the part to me in Dublin City Ireland.Fantastic service and you could not do business with nicer people.Highly recommended. JB appliances are a breath of fresh air in a world of greedy business slackers.

Very honest people to deal with. They diagnosed my problem with my range pretty much over the phone although we had them do a house call Upfront and candid about the price of the new computer panel.
