I just bought two cans of Cherry Skoal from your store May 29, 2024 and I’m infuriated that it’s FAR past the sell by date. It’s extremely dry and tastes like it’s molded.

I just saw the response from the owner, I will be stopping by the store around 6-7pm 6/18 to get the refund, I greatly appreciate the response and the refund offer, and will be changing my review rating accordingly. An inventory mistake is understandable, but fixing it for the customer in this way is very good customer service.

Metered parking as shown in photo. Vape, cbd, delta, cigarettes, products to use these and others like grinders, pipes, hookahs, etc, incense and candles, and lots of other choices in this tiny store. Friendly staff.

Didn’t take my ID because it apparently didn’t look like me even though it is 100% a valid and legal ID. Honestly bunch of clowns working there. They don’t even know what to say half the time.

Good shop overall. Service is pretty nice, although I am experiencing an issue with obtaining UB Pro coils for Lost Vape due to the prevalence of other vape products. I wish I could obtain more UB Pro coils for my Lost Vape. I would shop here more often if those coils were in stock. I can't find those coils just anywhere.

Ive been coming here for years and it's becoming increasingly frustrating to get what i need. The people working don't understand most of what I'm saying or seem to not even care to. Ive had to just walk away with incorrect items multiple times just because Ive become so frustrated with trying to explain what I need. I really do like this vape store but the employees unfortunately (im sure its no fault of their own) not understanding much english is a huge block.
