I bought the Motorized Honey Comb Soft Style Shades on 12/17/24 from Blind Wizard. Cecilia was great to work with. She came on time and was done in just a little while getting my measurements and helping me select the product I chose.
Bob installed my Shades on 01/15/25 and he was very courteous and professional. Also very neat with the installation. My Shades fit perfectly and I could not be happier.
I would definitely recommend Blind Wizard to my friends

We bought our house and it came with most windows having blinds but we needed two more windows done. I got quotes from a few different places and Blind Wizard was by far the most reasonable. Josh, our salesperson, came out to measure and make sure that the new blinds would match perfectly with what was already in place. When they were ready for installation Scott came to hang them and he did a fantastic job! Not only did he install them; he took the time to make sure they were to my liking before he finished. Everyone was so nice that I dealt with. I had a time conflict with the original installation time and the lady on the phone was very accommodating to work around my schedule. If you need blinds or shutters call Blind Wizard. They have great customer service and very reasonable prices!

Our installer, Bob just completed 10 window shades for us. Excellent work with an eye forPerfection. Very pleased with the product and the shades we picked out with the help of Scott. Color contrast from one room to the other, perfect. Great office staff with complete updates on delivery dates. Yes we give the highest rate possible.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Multiple no show appointments. Came to measure multiple times and still screwed them up. When I complained, they blamed Lowes. Wound up in a shouting match with some ‘regional manager’ who refused to listen to the problem. Don’t waste your money on these folks. @Lowes - I paid you. I hold you responsible. Come fix your and your contractors screw ups NOW!!!

I had Josh from blind wizard come and give me an estimate on plantation shutters. He answered all my questions - which were quite a few - in a professional friendly manner. When he returned I had the same experience. Josh was friendly, professional, and he even tolerated my puppy who feel in love with him. Highly recommend Blind Wizard and Josh for your window needs.

Blind Wizard was assigned to install my custom shades ordered through Lowes. When they were first installed the installer was messy and I had to follow him around my house picking up all the trash from each and every box he opened. I also was asked to take the boxes of each shade to its proper location in the house because that wasn’t part of his job. Sounded crazy, but I did it because I wanted my shades hung.After an hour or two he had all but one of the inner mount shades installed. MOST of which had a defect or were made wrong. He however did not hang any of the outer mount shades because they were too narrow and if he hung them they would crack the glass. Before he left he had stated he was going to have the entire set re-order due to the issues.A day or two later he texted me asking to come hang the rest of them because his boss told him to hang them higher than the window so it wouldn’t crack the glass. I allowed him to come do that as a temporary solution since my master bedroom is outer mount and we couldn’t be without shades for much longer.It’s been about 6 months now and my re-ordered shades are no where to be seen. I’ve checked with Lowes and they’ve been in contact with Blind Wizard and nothing has been done.Blind Wizard came to remeasure twice in the 2022 year and still nothing has been re-ordered.Pictures show some, but not all of the issues. Pix 1: backwards shade. 2. Not installed. 3. Crooked shade. 4. Shade too narrow to cover window. 5. Chain not installed because if it was installed it’s crack the window because the shade is too narrow.

Don't use Lowes or Blind Wizard for your window covering install! I used Lowes so I wouldn't have to deal with a contractor that gives 1 price and then goes up on that price during the job for 1 reason or another. Lowes sent Blind Wizard out to do my install and low and behold they tried to hit me for an extra $225.00 saying the installation cost was misquoted! Wow!

Scott was so professional in installing are new shades and blinds. The quality of the material was excellent and just what we order. The new blinds and shades look great in our rooms. You can’t go wrong in using Blindwizard for you home.

Scott helped us select the correct blinds for a large atrium area in our house. The blinds were installed by Josh and Michael, both who were very polite and efficient in installing the blinds. My wife and I were very happy with the blinds and the service from Blind Wizard!

This company doesn’t deserve a one-star review. This company is used by Lowe’s for custom windows, but each time the Boardman, Ohio Lowe’s store schedules me an appointment with Blind Wizard, I receive a call from Blind Wizard that my scheduled date and time is unavailable. After my third appointment was scheduled and no one showed up, I was told by Blind Wizard that the Boardman Lowe’s canceled my appointment within an hour of me scheduling it. When I called Blind Wizard to see why no one showed up, the customer service rep kept arguing with me telling me that I never had an appointment. After a few minutes of her cutting me off, she magically found that I did have an appointment scheduled that the Boardman Lowe’s canceled. She said Blind Wizard wasn’t allowed to call me to tell me my appointment was canceled. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service. The rep wouldn’t let me speak without her interrupting me and talking over me and telling me over and over that I never had an appointment before she read the “notes” and saw that I did have one. Don’t waste three months of your time and money with this company.

Can't say enough good things about the product and service. Brenda was AWESOME - didn't try to "sell" me anything just helped me to choose the best blinds for my home. Scott did a fabulous job on the installation. It was certainly a pleasure to do business with Blind Wizard.
