Elizabeth and Kevin were extremely helpful in setting up our service. Facility is clean, level, very organized, and easy to access. One of the best storage facilities we researched and viewed before hand. Easy parking as well.

Kevin at Mini Mall Storage in Hurricane was SO extremely nice and helpful with my storage unit! Very clean and easy to access each unit and I love the fact that there is a code to get into the area where the units are! Safe and secure! Thank you Kevin for all of your help and kindness! Will absolutely come back to you all again if I need storage!

I strongly advise against renting from Mini Mall Storage. Our experience was extremely disappointing—despite paying promptly, we did not receive the lock combination to access our unit until 19 days later. As a result, we were unable to use the unit for 63% of the first month we paid for, and our concerns were met with little to no responsiveness from their team. We emailed our notice of termination 8 days after renting a unit because we decided to handle our storage in a different manner. I also sent a certified letter, which is still being held at a Post Office. They have now charged us for a second month's rent.

Update:
The issue has since been resolved.
Gate code didn’t work the first day that I was paying for the unit. Called several times that day and left messages with no returned call.
Over a week later and after additional phone calls, still no answer or returned call. Was unable to enter the facility with a moving truck full of items and paid movers the first day that my unit was supposed to be available.

Super easy to rent, Very affordable and accessible and super friendly staff and after hour staff. Had an issue with my gate code and it was resolved super fast. Shauna is super sweet and friendly all around a great experience!! The only thing I would complain about but it was literally no big deal for me was we needed more space and I tried to get a second unit and it wouldn’t allow me to my husband had to put it in his name but when Shauna reached out she gave me options to link them together which Is great!

When the unit we wanted was not available at another location, Pete quickly recommended the Hurricane units. Had exactly what we need. Pete was great to work with, kind, efficient, smart - answered our questions and explained what we should expect. Highly recommend working with Mini Mall Storage!

the "climate controlled" part of the facility is over 80 degrees and the place locks down at night, the only time im really able to use the facility
