We had the pleasure of working with Tyler Elkins and his boss Eric Smith. I cannot begin to explain how easy and quick they made this process for us.After fighting tooth and nail with Rocket Mortgage since November of last year, we made the decision to switch over to Gateway at the end of February and we close on our house Monday April, 4.Everyone was thorough with us, and very very helpful. All questions were answered, and we were kept in the loop for the whole process.I can’t recommend Gateway enough.

Eric Smith at Gateway Mortgage could not have been more helpful, easy to work with, and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend him (and do so to friends and family) for anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. Eric made the process so simple for us that people were shocked at how quickly and easily we went through purchasing our new home. Excellent experience!
