My husband and I had the BEST experience at Yes Chevrolet in Hurricane! Derek Barnhart was amazing! We went in and let him know exactly what we were looking for and he went out of his way to show us a few vehicles that fit what we needed! We ended up purchasing a 2021 Ford Explorer Limited and she, we call her Iris, is exactly what we needed! Derek was amazing through the whole process! If you are looking for a great vehicle at a great price with a great team who is helpful, Yes Chevrolet is the best, and only, place to go! Thank you Derek and the staff of Yes Chevrolet! Hands down the best service department I have ever been to! My radio was messed up, they got it in immediately, were incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through the issue and solution, and fixed it in no time! I’ve never seen a more well run service department! 10/10 recommend! Ask for Andy, most knowledgeable and kind mechanic I’ve met!

We had a fuel injector changed with them a few months ago. We have only had our car fixed at this dealership, due to buying the car here and it being newer. Our fuel line busted the other day. It had to get towed to a near dealership. When the car got to a different dealership service center (due to being away from the area), we were told when the fuel injector was changed they either neglected or forgot to put in certain parts leaving the hose loose. Our car almost caught on fire, and we have a horrible issue to deal with. When I called Yes Chevy about it, their service manager told me that he didn't want to say the other dealership was lying, but he wasn't sure how that would be possible. I asked where did the parts go then, and he said he didn't know but wasn't sure how that was possible. He was very rude and didn't seem interested in even trying to right their wrong. He didn't seem to care that because of their negligence, our car almost caught on fire. I told him I didn't feel safe in the car after these issues, especially because we drive babies around, and I didn't know what to do.

I went in and met with Zach Morgan, I was discouraged and was prepared for the “sorry we can’t help you” speech, however, Zach went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and got exactly what I wanted in a ride and kept it within my budget. He was the most patient, funny and kind salesman I’ve ever dealt with. Curveball after curveball with me he stayed right in stride! He ended up making sure my boyfriend and I was treated with top notch service! So if you’re looking for a ride I HIGHLY suggest Zach Morgan at Yes Chevrolet in Hurricane!!

Got a letter in the mail from this dealership hand signed telling us they will pay off our vehicle to come in and pick out another, I run by gave them the letter they run me and my wife's credit because I wanted to keep my payments at a certain price, they both came back good wifes credit like 705 mine like 687, even qualified for a new truck but didnt want the 800 month payment opted for a used truck instead .brought out the keys to a used vehicle I was interested in, took for test drive ,salesman tells me I got the vehicle we wanted me to fill out my half of paperwork then wife could fill out her half next day, told him I couldn't do it without my wife being present so we set up an appointment for the next day,,drive all the way there and they are closed,salesman called me the next Saturday,apologized and set up an appointment for Monday noon, said ok drove all the way there ,he was off that day, manager came over and said bank changed their mind and wanted more than 2000 down, I asked how much, manger told me 10,000 down, I knew right then and there I was lied to because one, our credit was great and 2 I just got a letter from my bank chase stating I qualified for a 35,000 dollar auto loan, also capitol sent letter before that for auto loan, get letters sll the time to refinance, only thing they did was offer to fill up my vehicle I feel this place lost a good sale for the business because they were not wanting to deal with there own salesmen and lied to us,long story short, I would not recommend this auto dealership to anyone who is serious about buying a vehicle, really hope these reviews get to the companies ownerships so they can see how good customers are being treated .

the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received. I was in an accident April 19th and don’t live in wv. Jon Bennet took not only over a month and a half to deliver an estimate to me and my insurance company but has only contacted me once since then to say he started the work over 3 weeks ago. work that, once the parts came in should’ve taken a day, maybe two tops. I am extremely patient with people in the customer service field but I’ve left messages that I’m moving at the end of the month. my car is 2 hours away rn about to be 10. it’s been MONTHS. it’s currently July 8th and there has still been NO communication after leaving multiple messages to the store and to his personal. according to the secretary they can’t even get phone calls back to the body shop. idk what kinda shotty operation is being ran up there but this is honestly ridiculous.

My daughter went there to buy her first car. She found a 2021 Nissan Altima and that’s what she was set on. We dealt with Leo Belcher. He was very helpful with everything along the way with my daughter purchasing her first car. I definitely recommend anyone that needs to purchase a vehicle go see Leo!
