My husband and I were on our way to Raleigh, North Carolina when we felt a shimmy in our Ford F-150. A stop at a gas station revealed a missing lug nut on a rear tire. We found Midway Ford across the road and ran over there. Hoping we could purchase a lug nut. Although it was a very busy work day , they got our truck up on the rack immediately, replaced the lug nut, torqued the other lug nuts, and checked the tie rods. We were so grateful for the reassurance that the truck was in safe condition and their kind consideration for our situation. It's good to know there are still nice people in the world Thank you Midway Ford!

Visiting my mom here in Hurricane. I live now in SC. Was up here visiting for Thanksgiving and doing some deer hunting. Have been on the road for two weeks prior. So the "change oil soon" light comes on yesterday on my F-150 Lariat and I've got a 6 hour drive home Sunday. And I like to take care of my truck. Midway Ford worked me right in today for oil and filter change and tire rotation. Super friendly people, from the service group to the ladies in the checkout area. Nice clean shop (and waiting area). Awesome sales guy as well. Right near the aisle coming into the showroom and in front of the (Awesome) custom Bronco. I'd buy a truck from him any day! Relatively quick service especially since they worked me in. Excellent value, and it's genuine Ford service. Highly recommended and I would definitely use these guys all the time if I lived up here.

We had problems on the road in WV headed home to PA. Stopped here and had the electronic piece replace (car was not drivable). They were professional and friendly. Had us on the road in one hour. Thank you.

Don't use the service department at Midway Ford. I took my '98 Lincoln Towncar to Midway Ford for diganostic service. My mechanic recommended that I take my car to Midway and their diagnositc equipment should identify my problem. Well, their mechanic did not know what he was doing, provided me with false info on my car. I told them is was wrong because my mechanic had already checked the things Midway said was wrong. Now I know why, Midway Ford wanted close to a thousand dollars to "fix" my car which in reality would not have fixed it anyway. I fixed it myself, yes a blonde woman, by turning off the traction control button. I requested my money back because everything they told me was wrong was not. I am currently filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office under the consumer protection act. If you are taken advantage of such as I was, please don't sit and take it. Stand up for yourself and make Midway responsible for their service department's stupidity.
