Not happy at all I got my nails done 4 days ago and look bad,!!! I paid $158. For face wax and my toe nails and finger nails I will not be going back there

Did not disappoint. These are the prettiest nails I've had and they kept it close to the inspiration photo. Pedicure was also amazing. The only disappointment is I didnt get the nail techs name.

Worst gel manicure I've had. Was done yesterday and several of my nails are peeling. They could not match a color that I had on my nails, which i think was mostly due to the person who was doing mine was not paying attention and didn't care.

This is the BEST place around! Honestly, the best place I’ve ever been to get my nails done 💅🏻 I’ve been going there for 7 years and they do the best work, designs, polite, respectful, always has an appointment open for a walk-in! I’ve never saw anyone wait more than 5 mins! Tammy and Alex own the place and are the best hosts as well! Great people in our community!!!

If I could rate it zero I definitely would. I went there a few years ago and asked for a chrome color. When I got home the chrome turned to this horrible black that wouldn’t come off for months (pedi). My daughter has been going there for years with her best friend and got horrible treatment this past Saturday. She needed acrylics taken off and they let her sit in the waiting room and let other customers come to the table and get their nails done that came in later than her. Mind you she has Down syndrome and she had to sit in the waiting room and get them taken off. Totally rude and uncalled for.

I used to drive 45 minutes for over a year just to get my nails done here but had the worst experience last visit and won’t be coming back. I wanted French tip and given I have received great French tip nails here before I didn’t think it would be an issue. I believe Alex did my nails this time. I can be shy and have never spoke up about my nails before and wasn’t even going to, so my friend told another worker and they agreed they looked pretty bad. Tammy says you didn't like your nails? I said no and showed her and I ask if i can just do all over color if we can change them. She said “that’s not what you told him” so I was explained yea after the French tip looked like this. When what I wanted was a French tip obviously. I was never told sorry and was treated like such an inconvenience. Tammy redone them and never said sorry or wow these look kinda bad I see what you’re saying, or anything at all after that she didn’t even look up at me as she did them. Maybe they were stressed I always try to give benefit of doubt but it was just a really bad experience and got me down especially when I drive so far and always tip well. She just kept saying the color I was getting and talking to everyone else and would laugh I just felt very uncomfortable and down. I was charged $55 for fill in for 2 colors since I did funny bunny and bubble bath when I never had been charged that before. It just sucks because I was driving out of my way to come here but never again.

Got my nails done by Chris about 5 days ago, paid 90 dollars plus a 30 dollar tip and 3 have already broken off. I haven’t been rough with them at all they were just way too thin. On the bright side the design I wanted was done perfectly and they are very pretty and the staff was very nice
