Made an appointment earlier in the week with Amanda. I gave her my number, she repeated it back to me and said she would call me the day before as a friendly reminder of our appointment. I didn't receive a reminder call yesterday, but I thought, we all get busy, no big deal... I go in for my scheduled appointment today, only to be told Amanda called in sick with a sudden terrible virus ?. The lady then said Amanda told her she would call her appointments and let them know... She then looks at me and asked if Amanda called me... I said obviously not, I'm standing here before you. I was asked if I wanted to reschedule... I said absolutely not. This place is a joke and doesn't care about their clients. Very unprofessional. It's just a small stuffy shop squeezed into a corner store. I took my business to Kayla at Classic Cuts. She did an outstanding job and was tipped well for it. Take my advice... Keep searching for a salon... Cuz New U is NOT it.

I had an appointmensht with U hair design she told me I should go to a Barber down the street instead of a hair salon cancelled me 15min before my appointment. Hey if your a guy don't bother calling for a haircut cut because they don't seem to cut guys hair. im great tipper there loss not mine

Terrible and then when you complain they pretty much say it’s bc I had box hair dye in my hair before … an no that’s not the case it’s so patchy an doesn’t even blend right . Neither sides of my head even match …. The offered for the same girl to do it but won’t let no one else fix nor give a haft refund or anything !!! I’ll never be back an I wouldn’t go there either !!! Terrible ? the last picture is what I asked for …. I didn’t want it white blonde but I wanted it a normal blonde …. Nope my hair looks like my roots are just growing out !!!!

I Visited the salon for the first time this week. Everyone was very nice and I felt welcome. Teresa did a very good job coloring my hair. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

I have been to this salon on a couple occasions and the quality of the hair styling was good, but the last appointment I had was very disappointing. I showed up for my appointment and my beautician had left!!! The other two beauticians didn’t know why, and said she had sent me a text, which I didn’t get until I left the salon. She had canceled the appointment, first of all I feel if you’re going to cancel an appointment you shouldn’t wait until the day of to do so, that’s totally rude!!! !! I had texted her the day before to get prices for what I was going to have done and the prices always change which I feel is wrong. The first time she did my hair it was 110, the second time it was 85, and when I called about the third time she said it was going to be 125. I’m sorry ,but if you are going to run a business, and be professional at it ,you shouldn’t do your clients this way. So, I feel that this salon is just out for the money and they don’t seem to care about their client’s well being at all. I wouldn’t recommend or refer anyone to this salon because of the unprofessionalism, and the beautician that I was going to her name is Alexis.Service: Haircut
