I have been going to Petco since they opened in trays valley. And I love them. I always look for Syren when I go in. I love his personality, friendliness, and his willingness to go out of his way to help me get what I need. If I am not sure exactly what I am after he always helps me figure it out. And I especially love seeing his different hair colors. Always makes me smile. He is a real asset to the company. Thank you

After speaking to customer service and the store in question I was able to work with them to resolve the situation. Petco honored their 100% guarantee and I was given a full refund. I am pleased with the results and will continue to shop at Petco and my dogs hair will grow out.

Very rude employee acted like we had the plague and I don’t think she should be allowed to wear a black lives matter to work some people find that offensive

The length of time is excessive for a simple bath and haircut of a toy poodle pup. The 3 hour minimum was not told at the time of drop which made it difficult to schedule the rest of the day. Basic bath and grooming did not include a bandana or fresh scent usually included with other groomers. The cut was great with exception of uneven around the face which was difficult for my pup.

I was able to get my Goldendoodle right in for an appointment and she looks gorgeous! I had a hard time getting Luna to leave...we will definitely be back!

Brought my dog Moby to get his first spa day. All the grooming staff were super kind and Sydney, the groomer, was patient and loving towards Moby. Definitely will be bringing him in again for a spa day around thanksgiving

The employees here are not trained in customer service or people skills. VERY disrespectful to customers. I was yelled and cussed at by a male employee even after asking him to leave me alone numerous times. The manager did NOTHING to control her employee or resolve the situation. A report has been filed with corporate.

Kinda pricey, was looking for a dog bed but couldn't find anything in our price range. Staff was friendly though.
