Went in last week at 12:20pm thinking I had till 1pm cause online it says open till one. But was informed that they take their last sample at 12pm… Then was informed that I had to call where I’ll be working to reschedule it… Cost me a week of work… if you’re open till 1p you think your last test done is at 1p? 😤

While my friend was sitting there waiting to be tested he over heard the tech saying that if the person being tested looked suspicious they let the sample sit an get cold so they can do an observed test. An guess what that is exactly what happened. And this isn't the first time it's happened I've talked to others about this place and it seems they just like to humiliate people and are extremely rude.

Very nice business. Very much needed in our area. They were able to save me about 40% on my pre-employment drug tests! Great Service
