Always great service. The Melissa Mclung there is awesome and gets my taxs done pretty quickly. Going on 3+yrs with them since H&R Block did me dirty and I'm glad I switched!!

Was happy with the speed in which the representative finished my taxes,and the assurance of my refund would be...( I started to do it myself on line,but could not finalize due to not having AGI #) I am however disappointed that I had to pay almost 4x the 49$ fee listed on the sign when I'm one,if not the easiest tax return to do...single,no depe dants,1 W2.....I'll definitely be more patient next year to put that 200.00$ back in my pocket next year!
