Well was good at first. I had a due date for completing of car.the week they told me the car would be done it wasn’t and they tell me we are gonna start ordering parts the following week and cannot tell me when the car will be done now. So I feel like I’m not important at all or my car. Not good service and I don’t feel the same about this place having my car now.

I Was Nervous At First Trying A New Shop Because My "Go Too" Shop Is Completely Booked Until June @ Earliest!
So I Was Getting All Kinds Of Messages Tht Suggested Trying "Coty's Auto Body" Tht I Wouldn't Be Disappointed!
Then When The Tow Truck Driver Gave Them A Great Review I Knew Things Were Gonna Be Okayyy!
Nicole, Is Amazing! She Is Punctual, Great Customer Service, And Compassionate Towards Her Customers!
I've Evn Spoke To The Owner , And He Is Also A Dwn To Earth Man!
I Would Recommend Coty's Auto Body To Anyone Whom Needs Honest But Great & Reasonable Auto Body Wrk!

This place is customer oriented with a friendly atmosphere. I had a reservation for a month ahead and they called me early and said they had an opening.....2 days later I picked up my truck.....Outstanding service and Quality Workmanship....I cant thank them enough.....

This was my third time using Coty's after an accident. Everyone is extremely friendly and very helpful. All of my cars came out looking like they were never in an accident and better than factory quality. I definitely recommend them for any work.

I use Coty's for my safety inspections. They have always been very courteous and friendly. I just had to have my passenger side mirror replaced. Nicole was very friendly, courteous, and answered my questions. She promptly worked up the estimate and forwarded it to me. Then, she kept in contact from getting the paperwork completed, ordering the part, informing when the part came in, scheduling the repair, calling once repair was completed, and checking me out. Highly, highly recommend Coty's.

Cotys is awesome. I have three aging vehicles that they have fixed up all kinds of stuff on like broken door handles, electric window issues, and rear view mirrors, etc. They do quality work for a very reasonable price and I have found them to be very honest and helpful.

Coty's is by far the best autobody shop around. They aren't out JUST to make a buck, they actually want to talk to you and let you know what's going on and what the process is. That's a big deal to me!
Nicole is amazing and knows what she is talking about!
