It's under new management and it shows. The cashiers are nice, the store is clean. It's getting better and I expect that will continue. I'd rather spend my money here than Shitz or Roks.

Horrible! On 01/21/25 at approximately 21:02 hours, location Sunoco H-Mart 1501 New York Ave Martinsburg, WV 25401. I was harassed, insulted, and belittled by an female employee while trying to get gas. Gas pump #4 accepted my credit card but would not allow me to pump the gas. I attempted 3 times and each time accepting my card but not allowing me access to gas. I proceeded to speak with the feamale clerk to let her know about the situation with pump #4
After informing this female employee about my concern this employee began making belittling, threating, and slangerous statements toward me the customer. I asked her for her name and she refused. I asked her for the contact information of the owner and she refused stating I can look it up online it is easy. All this happened after I informed this employee that pump #4 was not working properly. This is how they treat customers by threatening them. I will be filing an complaint with the BBB, contacting corporate and possible litigation.

I have been there many times after new management tooked over and it was nice and helpful employee and convenient they have everything I want. So good to have that little store in the Area.

The store was clean and customer service was even better. I have no complaints. I was even short on cash and store owner helped me out. I can truly say than my experience was extremely pleasant.

We use to love coming here. The owner was so nice and was welcoming. We lived right down the road so we became regulars. Well we moved and are in the area for the day. We walk in and she is just rude. I've never been told to pick my kid up or put shoes on him. He's 3! Walmart doesn't even say anything. This place has went downhill just like her attitude.

Yes I went to H Mart to get gas and I had my weis card and it was 60 cents off a gallon and when I paid the money which was $68 they told me I only had 10 cents off now this isn't the first time I've had problems ever since I started using Sunoco H Mart it seems like every time I use my Weis card if I have $0.70 off they only give me $0.60 if I have 40 cents off they only give me 30 cents and when I said something to the lady she got all nasty and like she was taking my head off or something I didn't say anything smart to her but everybody that uses their Weis card needs to be aware and pay attention make sure they don't get you all like they got me. No disrespect but I feel this was wrong and very disrespectful toward me.
