It seems every time I go to get a reward like today would the water 16.9 oz none is available when I get a text from Royal farms none of the stores have the rewards it's like four times in a row so it's just means I'm wasting my time.
My two stores here in West Virginia both said that they didn't get any of those with their orders.
The staff inside is polite but their hands are tied I suppose.

Is your stereo broken? Why does it feel like a library with no music. Even funeral homes have music. Let me know when you fix this...in the meantime I'll be at the other store with music and lottery!

I stop in this store every day on my way to work. Ms. Kelly is always there to greet me and start my day with a smile. She is definitely the hardest worker there, the most professional and makes me want to continue to stop in every morning.

Got a 3pc dark meat meal and i didn't like the taste of it and I ended up nauseous and had really bad heartburn.. will never eat there again

Staff was extremely rude. And called me names because their card reader was not working. She told me to get out of her store and that’s why I didn’t have any money. But it was their card reader not working. My card work perfectly fine at another store. Horrible customer service. I will never be back to this location. A huge, thank you to the man that was ringing himself up beside me because there was a new one bringing anyone up he said paying for it and paid for my order for me. Whoever you are out there if you see this thank you very much.

This was my third visit to a Royal Farms and all visits have been at this Martinsburg location. This was also my third time ordering the five piece chicken strips. This time I had mashed potatoes and a biscuit. I've also had slaw, wedges and green beans in the past. The sides were horrifying all three times. The icing on the cake was COLD MASHED POTATOES this last visit. The strips this last time were not very good either. VERY EXPENSIVE for food that is cold and not good. I highly doubt I will ever spend another dime at any Royal Farms location again.

The chicken was absolutely great! Good for take out. A few seats indoors at small dining bar. No tables.

Foods pretty good. The girls behind the counter were rude. They set 6 different items on the counter, i asked if the could bag it. The older short lady said you can do it yourself, bags are over there. They forgot an item with my order. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I was 10 minutes down the road. I sure hope the new one on 45 will have much nicer employees. Need to have a talk with or get new employees. People that have a smile and say welcome to Royal Farms!

Worst one in the area they give you the smallest wedges and you only get 5 smh....never again. The older dusty white lady sucks.
