Phil Mouser is a wonderful sales person. He is kind, patient and engaging. Phil is an expert at his knowledge of store products and providing excellent customer service. Daniel's is the only store in Morgantown that provides such a superior level of customer service, and quality merchandise. I have shopped at Daniel's since attending WVU 1970-1974 and have never had a bad experience. The customer always leaves with a smile. Daniel's is the place to go for quality merchandise and service.

Absolutely abysmal experience. After waiting 15 minutes for assistance, I approached a sales associate. Evidently, my daughter fails to meet some criteria for patronage because the associate walked away when asked for help in getting her fitted for a suit in anticipation of her upcoming wedding.

So far I've worn 2 tuxedos and a suit from Daniels and they've been the best pieces of clothing I've ever worn in my life. Phil and the staff there are incredibly friendly and give you a personable experience when helping you find what you are looking for. Phil talks to you about the designers, the people who make the suit and they pretty much have any accessory you may need. They also expedited a suit for a funeral for me, I went there 1 day and they had it ready to go + tailored the every next day by afternoon. I'll never buy a suit anywhere else again.Thanks Phil and team!

Took my stepson to get his first suit... Rusty was the best and the suit looks great! (Wish I was that skinny!) Been going to Daniel's since the 60's and they are still the coolest!

Cannot say enough about Daniel’s. We were 2 hrs away from my son’s wedding and found out the tux from another clothing store had totally missed my measurements (pants were 12” short, shirt, vest and jacket to tight). Called daniel’s, was told to hurry down they could help. Arrived at the store, we all got a laugh, they went to work and 15 min later I was out the door. They saved the wedding for the father of the groom/best man. I could only give 5 stars, but they deserve a 10. Thank you
