Went in to discuss about a loan to purchase a home which knowingly been accepted by other mortgage companies as well as cash loan from financial agencies which I deal with Chase for awhile as well as family and friends so why not let them help with 1st time home buyer, keep it all with one agency! Found out I'm getting the runaround as I took tax documents in for my records and they called week later saying they never received them as I called to see what happened they suddenly found them which slowed the process down even more as I lost the home I was interested in since the contract had a deadline that isn't going to be met resulting in losing on the deal and finding another home in my price range or higher leaving me to have to file for a larger amount and dropping my credit score that's going to hurt my monthly payment for a loan! They act like you aren't intelligent and don't care if you bank with them! Sad to say this world has gone to hell in a hand basket dealing with nonsense and the don't care attitude! Funny It's better to pay cash or negotiate a deal with the owner and sign a contract then going through the aggravation and stress with lenders as my personal opinion the reason why so many homeless and people living in their vehicles, letting the government assistance programs housing you, is that you can't believe or get the proper information or personnel to do anything nor accomplish expectations drawing out the process just to fail you in a timely manner! Time to move towards a Credit Union cause 1%to2% interest doesn't add up much no matter how many years you accumulate but 6.9% to 7.2% interest you pay towards home loan who's winning here?

Not the best source for a home loan! They take to long with the closing which will lead you to losing your good faith deposit towards holding the estate also causing you to reapply which is going to do another hard inquiry on your credit which has dropped from the 1st application leading towards a higher loan and payment!

They lie to you about the loans saying your approved then weeks later they want to change your conditions making you lose your opportunity to purchase a home in your price range now wanting to open a new application which will lower my credit conditions as well as raising my rates and chances of getting approval! Starting the process over again which in fact I could of had the loan already by another agency as well as a higher amount that Chase was giving me! Misleading information from the agent just to make commission as I have been told this bank is making more off our accounts then we receive so I'll be closing my account and savings and continue with another banking agency!

Constantly having to go to the ATM in Beckley WV to withdrawal cash. Seems like the ATM is always down. No one will ever answer me when I call.

They'd be alot better bank if their ATM wasn't always out of service or they would answer their phones. You can call this branch 35 times and they won't answer once

It's a good bank, no problems so far. Only issue I have is they don't have a drive up. They drive up ATM doesn't even have a cash deposit or a check deposit. It's easier for people with children to have drive-up access.

I'm only giving this particular bank two stars because the employees are very nice. But somebody answer the freaking phone! I hate calling the 1-800 number and getting somebody foreign who doesn't understand a word I'm saying. And I swear y'all should be paying my ATM fees since I always have to go to a different ATM... The one in oak Hill never works

Love all the girls there. So friendly and helpful. But whoever's job it is to answer the phone is sadly lacking at their job. No matter what day or time I try to call NO ONE ever answers the phone. And I mean calling constantly....hang up call again, hang up call again. for like a half hour at a time. I'm sorry but they aren't so busy that they can't answer the phone!!!!

I guess the people that work at this Chase do not understand that when you leave the green light on, you're supposed to help service people to drive up to the window. A note to chasing General, their experience is always very impersonal. You can't even see through the main teller window you can't even see through the main tell her window. Quit trying to get machines to do jobs people are supposed to do!
