Ridiculously slow, after prescription was called in I waited until next day to pick up then was told wasn't ready come back after 2, went back home drove back after 330, was told still not ready and sat there waiting another half hour. Won't be using this pharmacy again.

I had a prescription to pick up. Granted it had been a couple days, but when I went to pick it up. I was told they didn't have anything ready for me. I had received the text saying that it was ready. Ugh!! I was told that I could wait 10-15 minutes and I could pick it up. The prescription is prepackaged and already in box. I will continue going to the family owed Cox's pharmacy locally owned in Parkersburg. They value their customers and have always treated me very well. I like that they even deliver your prescriptions for a small fee.

I recently switched to Walgreen from CVS, I could not be more happy! Today a problem arose with my prescription, my dr made an error… the pharmacist was more than a huge help! She got it all straightened out for me! I’m so glad I switched!!

Good place, pharmacist checked up on me with new meds. Alerts when meds refilled. Employees are thoughtful. What I dont understand is why they cut their hours....Why everyone has?

I've had it with this particular pharmacy. I've always chosen Walgreens for my prescriptions & this location is the worst I've ever been to. The pharmacy techs & pharmacists always act like you're bothering them. I have a refill that was requested on 11/17/22, early in the morning & for the rest of the day, it just said "in process" so I just decided to go today. It was still in process today so I called them around 12:30pm today to ask when it will be ready for pick up & they said this afternoon. So I waited until 4pm to go there. It snowed today & the store is a 20 minute walk for me. When I got there, I was told that they were out of my medication & had to order it, which wont be available until Tuesday, 11/22/22. I was furious but didnt react & just stayed quiet & then i had to walk 20 miles, in the snow & in the dark.I called their customer service and filed a former complaint cause this is unacceptable.

ABSOLUTE JOKE! I just wasted 45 minutes before I was told my prescription could not be filled because of the quantity… I was late to clock in and for absolutely NOTHING! Good teamwork and communication guys!

Very rude workers. They have no customer service skills at all. Everyone, fill out the survey!!! They call back and follow up with you..hoping the unpleasant girl working the drive thru gets some kind of proper training? She’s absolutely rude. I’ve called and emailed and I’m going to follow this through. She needs to work at Tim Hortens again. CVS is right down the road guys! LETS GO! Their open much later too, so why go to this place at all.

They never have enough of the medicine I take (subs) so sometimes I have to go days at a time without getting my medicine from them. And I get the same thing every week so you would think they would order enough of it.But my main problem with them is they don't try to help when they could.The only good thing about this place is their covid test are fast. So from now on that will be all I use them for.

Get a notification my scrip is ready at 330. Get there at 4, pharmacist not on duty. They close at 6. Come back at 5. Either on a break or left early. Ive sat and waited on meds and listened to their staff totally berate their customers over the phone. Joking about calling and acting like they are the pharmacist and telling people they cant have what they need. Complaining when people walk up.Leave them waiting to go "take trash out." Extremely rude staff. Avoid at all costs.

They called when my meds were ready, gave quick and cheerful service at the drive thru, and my prescriptions cost less here than that place down the street.
