Me and my wife went into their store picked out a 65-in television and a Nintendo switch for my baby girl's birthday we paid for it everything went well we got a contract we were expecting a delivery for the next day at 1:00 p.m. the delivery never came so I decided I was going to call and see what was going on they had decided to keep our money saying that we owed money on another item we have never been to A Plus rentals .. And then made me driver 40 miles to show him my ID for no reason and when I got there he proceeded to be confrontational and never even asked for my identification, we have never been to A+ rentals in our entire lives ! to own another item then I proceeded to be cussed by the woman and man working behind the counter I have already been in contact with the better Business bureau all I can say is you do not want to go to this A+ rentals if there is anyone closer to you that you can go to I recommend Rent-A-Center or somewhere else but this a plus will rob you they have been in trouble for embezzlement countless times if you want your money and your product the right way pick anywhere but A Plus rentals they don't deserve to be in business they are the trash at the bottom of the dump... They are basically thieves , the older skinny fairy boy in the glasses and Shamu the HUGE girl behind the counter are no help don't trust them AT ALL EVERY

BAD on COMMUNICATIONS.I've been have Problems ,Issue on a Oversized Power Recliner sense Nov.2023.Will I received a phClay came and another employee came to looked at the Recliner and it did had a Issue Problems.I stop by and check on the status on the Recliner that supposed to order.Will I found out I was not in their computer.Well I got the issue solved.I received a phone can Saturday February 3 2024. When I'm I going to make a payment.I'm not going to make a payment on a problem that they Never Solved.I told them to come and get the it.I Have Been Dealing with this problem issue sense NOV.2023 and now it's February 2024.Nothing done.Sence the stor moved to WV.It has not been the same.I brought something from them when they was is Covington Virginia I had No problems and No Issue.But they move to Ronceverte WV that's when the issue started.Clay needs a raise he is very professional.The others their needs to be RETRAINED and COMMUNICATE with each other.Until then .I take my business somewhere else.Get it together A + Rental

I would never purchase anything from here.There employees drive at speeds over 80 miles an hour cutting people off in traffic.The items inside the vehicle has to be damaged the way they are driving. Tried to call the number on the vehicle and when I told the story I got hang up on.
