The customer service at this Verizon went above and beyond. I had to bring my two little girls with me, and every member of their team helped me with them. My girls are very young, so they're also very wild. Not once did they make me feel like bad about them running around like maniacs. They went out of their way to play with them and make us all comfortable. That type of service does not go unnoticed and I am very grateful to them!

CROOKS!!! Straight up lied to me to get me to upgrade when I didn’t even want to. I knew the deal sounded too good to be true and it’s proven it was. Down right criminal. This is not the end of it trust that.

Complete waste of time. Drove an hour from my home to try and get help from a service rep and they did not help at all. Seemed like he was just trying to get me out of the store and could not be concerned with helping me at all. I've been dancing around to different stores and on the phone with customer service and nobody seems to even want to help. I do not recommend Verizon to anyone who needs phone service. Would give zero stars if I could.

Stopped in yesterday evening to inquire about a storage issue. David assisted me and I ended up with an upgraded phone. He also worked to eliminate some unused features on my current bill. I appreciate his expertise and kindness.
