We went here today to get my three year old daughter's haircut for the second time. Christina was so kind and patient with my daughter. The haircut came out great and my daughter left feeling confident and happy. Overall great experience and we'll definitely be back for future cuts.

We took our son (1.5) there for his first hair cut. I wouldn't imagine any better experience. It's very clean and the women working there are amazing! The seats was little cars and there is a screen that kept our lo busy and he didn't cry even a moment. We're so happy that we found the hair saloon for our son. We'll go there forever!

My 19 month old daughter had really uneven hair so today I took her to see Christina. OMG I love this place. It's super clean, like you can smell that it's clean. They're very polite and ask for your permission before giving a child screen time during and a lollipop after. I even mentioned that I need a haircut myself and was recommended to the salon 2 doors down. Everything went well and I look forward to future visits.

Rockin' Locks is, hands down, the best salon for kids. Stylist-owner Christina is amazing with our kids, making them feel involved in their hair cuts and very confident afterwards. Christina and Allison's ability to remember each child and their parents at future visits is without match, making everyone feel at home in the salon. I highly recommend!

5 stars without hesitation! Our daughter got her first haircut with Christina yesterday and we are 100% satisfied: both Christina and Allison knew how to talk to our daughter so she would feel at ease, they were patient and the haircut is absolutely stunning. We will be back soon for sure. Kudos to Christina and Allison!

Wonderful, warm-hearted place with truly talented, caring and patient stylists. They went the extra mile (or two or three) until my daughter, who seriously fears getting her hair cut, was comfortable enough to let them make a few snips. We could not be more grateful. Both of my kids get haircuts here-we love it! They are friendly, have toys and videos, blow bubbles when needed and can handle a fussy 2 year old with grace! Also, they do awesome wash-out color!

Omg the best! My LO has had 3 traumatic experiences locally in Queens so we decided to check this out on a recco from a local mom. Super glad we did! In my 3 year olds words "I want to go back! Can we go here everyday? I need another trim now!" The place is clean and calm - they are patient and have exceptional service will recco to other moms and be back!

After reading great reviews about this salon, I decided to take my 6 years old son to get a haircut. It was his first time so I was a little worried about his reaction as well as how patient the hairstylist would be.The salon is very child centered, has a great comforting, calming smell and my son was treated very well and received Valentine's cookies, candy and a little toy. They are very sweet, accommodating people, have iPads and toys to distract the child while the cut is done. The child can choose her/his favorite cartoon. The whole experience was great and my son's received lots of compliments. Very professional and caring, they were as punctual as I was so I didn't have to wait any longer than my appointment time.

The salon is adorable, very kid friendly. They are extremely patient and know how to work on children. Christina is talented and has been cutting hair for almost 2 decades. Our son is very sensitive and this is the only place where he feels comfortable. We drive an hour for the service. Well worth it.

This was an amazing haircut for our 14 month old. They listened to what we wanted, showed us photo ideas and managed to keep a very active boy busy while cutting his hair to the point that he had no idea what was happening! Bubbles, music videos, firetrucks and musical instruments. He looked amazing after, was very happy and didn't want to leave the store because of all the cool toys they had. I believe we will be going back for the duration of his childhood. Love them and their dog Ziggy!

This place is really great. The stylist was so relaxed and patient and gave my 16 month lots of space to settle in and enjoy his haircut. They blew bubbles, played music, had lots of toy options and even a dog to look at! They provided us with a lock of hair for his first salon cut, a little toy and a banana to snack on on the way out. 5 star experience!
