I needed a gift for my Mom on Mothers Day and they sure filled the bill. She was so happy with the hanging basket arrangement they delivered to her. Two years in a row I've used their service. I see no need to look elsewhere. Support that Wheeling feeling!

I spoke to Linda on the phone and she was amazing! I needed an arrangement for my mom in the hospital but she’s very sensitive to fragrant flower. The flowers she sent are absolutely beautiful and don’t bother my moms allergies at all. It’s been 2 weeks and they are still gorgeous! While calling to order flowers for my sister's 30th birthday I politely asked the man on the phone to please give me one minute to look up the exact address of where they needed to go. His response to this was, "Oh, Jesus Christ." To say I was appalled to hear an employee respond like that to a customer is a complete UNDERSTATEMENT!! My family and I have always been happy to give them our business over the years. This is pathetic and as a business, they should be ashamed that this is how their employees are treating customers. There are plenty of other flower shops that I am sure will be willing to treat customers appropriately in the Wheeling area. Shame on you Wheeling Flower Shop!

I ordered flowers and they did an amazing job! I highly recommend them. I can’t say enough. Their service over the phone was friendly and helpful I would definitely use them again. Since I live far away I was referred to use them so glad I did! Thank you for doing a beautiful vase of flowers!

I attempted to purchase flowers from this shop for two separate funerals that are scheduled one day apart. After asking several questions, I finalized my order, and was ready to give my credit card information only to find out that they refusing to send me pictures of the completed work or of my receipt which was needed for a company reimbursement. She said that they were way too busy to take or send pictures. The receptionist told me that my receipt would have to be either mailed or faxed. When I told her that due to the fact that I could not get any confirmation that my order would be filled and delivered, as I am in MS, that I did not wish to proceed with the purchase, and she very rudely stated, "Good luck finding somebody that is actually going to do that for you around here."I immediately hung up and called Bethani's Bouquets, who very happily took my order and said that they would be more than happy to send pictures of my completed order. Also, the flowers were were less expensive, and they only charged me one delivery fee, since they were going to the same funeral home. I consider that service with a smile. I was happy to give $$$ to a hometown business who very much values customer service.Upon reading other Google reviews of this business, I discovered that they actually sent pictures of completed orders in the past, but I suppose due to the complaints regarding the quality of their work, they have stopped this practice. (See other reviews for further information.) This further solidified that I felt I had made the right decision in cancelling this order.If you need service with a smile, I would suggest contacting other flower shops in the area, and I highly recommend Bethani's Bouquets.

This place amazes me I will definitely be doing business with this place..I needed flowers delivered and it was 4th July weekend so I did online and they told me they would be delivered charged my card and all..then got an email at 530 am that they couldn’t find a florist to deliver them and sent there apologies..so the day of the funeral I called this shop at 8 am told them what I would like to have ..there were silk flowers with an angel and that is exactly what I got and the angel had lights in it..the services was at 9 I takes to them at 8 and by 11 they were there very nice people the arrangement was beautiful and the price was great thank you!!!

I called this shop from out of town to deliver to a family member who is hospitalized in Wheeling. I asked for “Mostly sunflowers, ok to add stuff to make them prettier” The flowers that were delivered today and were beautiful! They made the day of everyone who got to see them❤️ I would recommend this florist to anyone.
