Poor communication. I applied for a dog over a week ago. Never heard a word! The dog is listed on petfinder. Not sure how they expect to adopt animals out when they don’t respond to applications.

Easy to work with friendly staff. The animals are very well cared for. I have adopted 2 cats from TCHS, and they were great to work with both times.
If an animal isn't fixed prior to adoption, they reimburse you for that expense at your current vet, or you can take the animals to a vet they work closely with to have the service done at a lesser expense to the shelter.

I have called and left messages, no response. All I want is to adopt Honey Bear.

Disorganized, poor communication skills, more interested in posting on Facebook than running a dog rescue.

We got out cat Izzy from here. She was super scared at first but now she’s amazing and comes out and follows us around. The humane society was very helpful with helping us get her more comfortable!

They put in a ton of time and love for the animals that come through. Great folks to work with and find the right pet for you.

Some of the nicest pets you'll meet. They're a small shop, but they care big.

The lady working was a bit rude and acted like we were an inconvenience being there... The organization of the shelter could use some work, wasn't too impressed overall.
