A few hours later their driver called me in Oklahoma to tell me that no one was answering the front door. We agreed he should leave the flowers on the porch and everything worked out. I appreciated the extra effort to make sure it was delivered properly. The folks loved the arrangement.”

“These beautiful souls put together a unique bouquet for my husband's sick Grandmother and rushed it same day over to Froedtert. Come to find out, I idiotically sent it to the wrong Froedtert hospital!!! Not only were they gracious about me wasting their time, they were kind enough to reimburse for the flowers (minus delivery fee). I could not be more impressed.
