Clean store every time I come. The smoothie I ordered upset my stomach. I’ve ordered it before and never had this issue. Cashiers are rude. Not greeted and didn’t receive a response when I asked them a question.

If you want to feel like a huge inconvenience for being a customer, go here. Walked in today and wasn’t acknowledged, not even looked at. Waited at the register for 5 minutes before one of the pre-teens working decided they should help us. The girl (long blonde hair) STILL didn’t say a word to us. Ordered our two bevs super nicely, smiling and all. Just for her to look at us silently as if waiting for us to do her job for her. All employees had an AirPod in and looked miserable. It’s a damn shame because these ppl make damn good smoothies. I just don’t think the sour attitudes is worth it. Get a job where you don’t work with customers if you hate… having… customers?

I ordered a smoothie with added whey protein, I ended up with soy protein. I know this because I have a soy sensitivity and it has been a rough 48 hours.

I walked in. There were three employees. No customers. Not one word from anyone. I stood and waited for three minutes before I decided I won't be ordering from people who can't acknowledge me.

I love their smoothies and their marketing / store is fun. Staff is great and helpful. But this particular location tends to run out of product every week. The last time we went, 1/3 of the menu wasn't available because they were waiting for their next shipment to come in. I will try again.

I have recently been consistently ordering to this Jamba location, the smoothies are great. The thing that is never great is the costumer service, they continuously let the store stack up with people. Everytime I have ordered I have had to wait. Even if you try to acknowledge them there rude and uninterested in their costumers. with that being said I need to find a new place to get smoothies

Ordered online using the app. Had a 10 minute drive to get there. When I got there, the order wasn't ready, they hadn't even started making it. There was no other customers in there. I was the only one waiting another 10 minutes for my order. Finally got it and it was so watered down, it was practically water. 2 PM on a Tuesday.

Smoothies were pretty bad. Tasted like frozen juice. Consistency isn't great. Much prefer Tropical Smoothie.Edit: the reply to this couldn't even spell my name right.... ?♀️

Placed a Jamba app order. Everything was done correctly and on time. They do something that some other places done and that's place your drinks in a freezer is your not there when it's done. This keeps the drinks perfectly cooled and ready until you arrive. The staff are nice and have corrected any issues with missing items. Recommend the Aloha Pineapple drink.

Tried a acai bowl at Jamba for the first time yesterday! Let's just say the presentation was impeccable and it tasted just as good as it looked! So much deliciousness in a bowl is just sinful good! For my first time at Jamba, I would like to mention that the customer service I received was easy, efficient, and exceptional! The young man that waited on me and my daughter defiantly checked off the three "P's" with the service he provided; Professional, Patient, and "People-first" attitude! We stopped in for a sweet treat and was treated with sweetness! Thank you Jamba Juice!
