Your sales person stated he would file for me to receive a free item. I haven't received it and you won't help fix the problem.

I work for a general contracting company and we send these guys our tools for repairs. Not only is their website super easy to use the repairs are fast and free of charge as long as the tool is under warranty. Cannot say enough about how good the service is.

A Milwaukee tool junky's play ground!! Need a tool you didn't even know they make? Go here to find it. I was very happy with the customer service here. I had a battery that would not take a charge. They looked up the serial number, tested it and gave me a new one.

I bought a house last year and purchased the MX Fuel system with string trimmer & pole saw attachments. It works great. Changing the string is challenging- this needs redesigning. My first impression was how heavy it is. If you are not a construction worker, I highly recommend purchasing the shoulder strap. It would be nice if a strap was included. The system came with 1 battery. The batteries have about 20-30 min of life, fully charged. They take a good 3 hours to recharge. They cost upwards of $150 a piece. Realistically, if you spend a full day working in the yard, you would need about 6-8 batteries on rotation & multiple, expensive charging stations. This is not sustainable or functional. For this kind of money & from this brand, I expect better performance! (My mom bought a cheap string trimmer on home shopping- came with 2 batteries, weighs about 4 pounds, batteries last much longer, has worked great for 3 years)

The warranty on Milwaukee Packout is Limited Lifetime, and covers things like defects in material or workmanship. Having a Packout organizer with a defective suitcase handle that I just purchased, I thought I would bring it to the 'mothership' to honor the warranty. The lady at the counter informed me that Packout has no warranty, the Milwaukee is "still trying to figure that out" and I should attempt to exchange it where I purchased it, which was through an industrial distributor. Pushing back on her claims, I politely told her that I felt an exchange through the manufacturer would be a better bet. She disappeared with my defective Packout, than returned several minutes later, claiming that her boss attempted to 'fix' the defect and than realized that it was beyond fixing, which I suspected. Ultimately they did the exchange, but for this being a Milwaukee Tool Service located at their global headquarters, the service should be a higher echelon. Milwaukee makes great products, but the service at this Service Center was lackluster and there is definitely room for improvement.

Very disappointed in Milwaukee. All our tools this brand. We've had several issues and mailed in for repairs. All work denied. They won't stand behind a 2 year old chainsaw? But BLACK&DECKER stood behind a vintage sander! I suggest switching to a company who stands behind and repairs their products!

They don’t honor any of their rebates. Especially if you buy from Home Depot. It’s pretty much a scam. Avoid!

In my opinion Milwaukee is hands down the best power and hand tools on the market. The service we have received is second to nobody in the industry. We have never had even the slightest hint of an issue when dealing with Milwaukee Electric Tool! Black and Red, till I'm dead!!!!!!!
